The Geek Squad Extended Warranty is a Great Value from my experience.

Having a 5 yr warranty for any electronic or household appliance is the best way to go

Must have if you get any electronic you have to have geek squad safety is key

Worth the extra money for piece of mind in case anything breaks.

So far it has been great. You have call for support. Not allowed to ask questions at store. Yeah, wow.

My LG washer prior lasted 10 years but always great to add the extra insurance

The customer service representative at the Pacific sales/Best Buy store was not at all helpful. She didn’t get up to help me. She could not find the product,LG appliances to sell me extended warranty. Finally when she found, it took her 15 min to issue the warranty.

I would definitely expect that they would do a good job. It gives me peace of mind.

My LG dryer purchased at Best Buy is barely 9 months old and has been replaced once (after only 1 month in service) and broke again 10 days ago. I called Geek Squad to schedule repair appointment the morning after breaking and was given the first appointment...8 DAYS LATER. I took the morning off from work so I can wait for my 4 hour window of service. Wouldn't it be nice if GS could give the customer a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance??!! I regret purchasing LG but that's a separate review. Geek Squad please come up with a more reasonable repair schedule. I have spent $75 at the laundry to have my clothes washed/dried as well as hung numerous loads outside. Ironically, I purchased a very expensive dryer to perform that chore for my family! Not happy with LG or Geek Squad:(
