I bought the dual set of whirlpool wahing and drying machine on March 16,2019. My washing machine stopped working mid August of 2020. Called in repair, with no luck, kept getting pushback saying part was back ordered, On September 20 2020 i was forced to buy another washer since there was no expectant day as to when and if they would receive a part. I called 2 days ago and was told I was approved for a return but they would keep the money of the protection program because they were exchanging! It seems really unfair they would keep the money since it was not in my control not to fix the washing machine. I would be ok with them prorating the amount for the covered months since i paid for a 5 yr warranty and my washing machine only worked for 1 yr and 5 months

Not always sure about the value of warranty but opted in for washing machine.

Geek squad protections is awesome and they have no issues every time I call them.

The agents that mounted my tv did a great job I love my Best Buy

you gotta get the extended warranty because they don't make stuff like they use to

It's a great protection plan and now I could breathe easily now that it's 5 years.

I bought the standard geek protection plan because it's worth for your money..

Would recommend the warranty as it covered everything wrong with the appliance

takes 90 minutes to dry clothes,delivery scratched the whole front up /not even a year and it needs repaired.and then scheduled a repair and it got canceled before they even came .i will buy one from lowes

I can be peace of mind that I have a great protection for my home appliances

This plan covers parts and service if needed. It’s a great option to have.

New machine hope I never use the service. Whirlpool makes great machines.
