    I called the geek squad at Best Buy for a major mold problem in 2 year old Maytag washer and they gave me run around, sent a technician from Nite Owl appliance repair, He took pictures, said it should be replaced, Then I received an email saying that I need to find a repair man on my own due to improper maintenance which is so far from the truth. I have 5 year protection plan for a faulty washer. I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. And their protection plans are worthless! Home Depot stands behind their protection plan.

    Can’t do an honest review here since I haven’t used the warranty and hopefully wouldn’t have to as I bought this for my CIGNA 3.7 top loader washing machine.
