They never mentioned that my older dryer (year older) could not be stacked on the new washer due to voiding the warranty. Whats the point?

It has options that I was missing in my other (New) machine! I like the agitator, no more white goop on my clothes! And I can manage the water levels so it cleans far better, without residue, hallelujah, you can actually really rinse out the clothes.

I haven't had a chance to use it cause it only been 2 yrs

Less than abyear, the washer is not draining. By not drainining, my electricity bill increase as an additional step -- drain and spin has to be done. Thank goodness I purchased Geek Squad, but sad I had to use it.

Best buy service is an absolute disaster; if it’s not solved in one phone call, then it won’t be solved. They tell you they will call you back and they don’t. They guarantee gift cards, proper service, and refunds - AND THEY DONT. I have been through the wringer for nearly three months for a proper washer and dryer. I have never felt the need to go through so much. An absolute joke.

I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer pair ,and I have always gotten very reliable service from my previous set. I probably don't really need it for this product, but its for my nerves and fear of the unknown and the what if happens.

I haven't used the product at this time and hopefully I won't need it in the future but I purchased it for extra coverage just in case something goes wrong with my washing machine.

Drys pretty good and also isnt very expensive . I would reccomend . Its no hydro dyson but it ll get the job done

Couldn’t get a hold of someone to help me with my protection plan and for whatever reason they took it off my Nintendo switch console

If these are the people I had to call when the delivery went wrong over and over, and over again- then they are terrible. They never acted like they could help me. I was told I had a specific agent, yet I could never reach her. I kept being passed around and never helped. A month later they sent me $200 to make up for the mess, but I would have preferred to have good customer service and feel like a valued customer the first time around. Thank you for the refund though.

I don’t suggest purchasing this or any appliance from Best Buy. I have been without a washer for going on a month because they “can fix it”. This is out of control. There is no reason to purchase a warranty when you will be forced to take off work multiple times just for your appliance to never be fixed or replaced. I have spoke to many agents that “understand my frustration and feel horrible” but are doing nothing to rectify the situation. Total waste of time and money and I will make sure every person I speak to and every review I can leave knows this.

I'm not satisfied with this set at all, doesn't clean like a washer should, the dryer should have a steamer

Wasn't happy when I was told I would have to pay someone to come out to look at a washer and dryer that was purchased and within it's return policy. Luckily I went back to the store as the "online agents" were not willing to help.

I buy all of my electronics from best buy, and this is the first time I have had to call for service on my washer and dryer. Got up this morning and the washer wasn't working... no worries, I purchased the 5 year protection on my washer, so I'll just call for service. Simple, right? No...... Turns out geek squad is out of my service area and they are contracting out to a contractor so it's going to take an entire week to get someone out here. Going on vacation on Saturday, so they tell me to call when I get back from vacation. Whats the point of paying $250 for protection when they can't get someone out for service. Won't purchase anything from best buy that I can't carry back to the store (about 5 miles from my house).
