    I got this Maytag washing machine with no agitator and the clothes. I just bopping there up and down. No swish no squash. I had to literally stop the machine. Turn the clothes around every few minutes. I’m never getting a washing machine without an agitator. I need to see the swish squash.

    So, since March of '23, after realizing that they did not add the warranty back to my washer unit that they broke and had to replace, I have called numerous times and have been told that they sent the request off to a different department that will call me back and they never do. Only having to keep repeating the process for no conclusion. I even have a number to call for the person who attempted to fix my order and she will not answer my calls or call me back. All I want is my warranty added back so I don't have to deal with best buy anymore since my problem started in Feb of '22

    No one EVER CALLS YOU BACK!! IVE BEEN WITH NO WASHER FOR 3 weeks!!! ALL I NEED IS A REPAIRMAN TO COME FIX IT OR JUST REPLACE IT! I’ve been put on hold so much! Same steps 4 different times 4 different people all say the same thing. SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU just wait 6-48 hours EVERY TIME.

    If I could give no stars that’s what Best Buy deserves. We purchased the extended warranty for sole purpose because the department manager told us if one unit went down and was no longer available,. Best Buy would replace both. Come to find out 14 months after purchase we were lied to. Now Best Buy states they will replace only replace washer. Because our washer has been discontinued. Don’t waste your money our time with extended warranty you will regret. Also we waited over a month for this process to be handled. AND NOT ONCE DID WE EVER RECEIVE A CALL FROM BEST BUY OR GEEK SQUAD ABOUT STATUS OF OUR CLAIM

    Horrible service. Do not purchase. We purchased a washing machine and the geek squad 3 year. the washer does not work at all, and they will not help whatsoever since it is under the manufacture warranty. we have went back and forth with the manufacture trying different things for 2 months and the geek squad will not help. A waste of $200!

    I purchase this appliance and excited to buy it at Best Buy I've purchased other things and had been pleased with my purchases this time Geek Squad sent my warranty to another place My Appliance Clinic and its been 3 months and counting to this date that I've yet to have my dryer fix. Ive made the attempts to called and yes they answer but no resolution only that parts are coming from abroad and takes longer and the last time, was that they had a defected part. 3 MONTHS ITS BEEN going on 4 MONTHS laundromat it's expensive 20.00 to 25.00 a week I could bought a new dryer by now..... I NEED HELP!!!

    The geek squad took forever to install. My husband had to correct them several times. They were not even friendly to converse and show you how to use it.

    Geek Squad came out to look at my GE Profile - UltraFast 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Combo Electric Washer & Dryer with Ventless Heat Pump Technology - Carbon Graphite. Guy had no idea what he was doing. Was at my house for about 5 mins. He just said it's normal to take hours to dry for this type of machine. If I didn't have the warranty this lack luster visit would have cost me 125 dollars.

    Do not waste your money on this worthless paper warranty. My $1200 LG washer broke after 21 days of proper use. The Geek Squad technician told me that the manufacturer would handle the warranty within the first year. The manufacturer has a 48 hour window to enter your name into a field technician system and then another 48 hours to call you. That’s 4 days with a broken washer before you can even secure a service appointment. Bust Buy and LG are complete jokes. Save yourself the time and aggravation - buy elsewhere and not an LG product.

    Plan only covered washer in washer/dryer set

    After the drum cracked on our old washer we decided to upgrade and get a new washer and dryer set. We purchased a Samsung set with a Geek Squad protection plan on 11/20/2020. Last week my dryer stopped working. When we called the Geek Squad for service, we were told the plan was only for the washer. Luckily we are still covered under the manufacture's warranty but the closest repair place is in Oregon, over 200 miles away. Our dryer will not be fixed for another week! In hindsight I realize I should have read the fine print but feel this could have addressed more clearly.
