I bought this not understanding what I needed. I can’t even use the Best Buy geek squad while my washer is under manufacture warranty!

Completely pointless and a waste of money. They insist nothing is wrong and then left with a bunch of stuff unscrewed.

The fastest they can make it out to fix a product that is two months old is in nine days and this is two weeks after the first call

Bought a lg washer few months ago day one having smell issues best buy send technicians few times couldn’t do anything now iam out of return period and they can’t exchange so no more best buy for me they lost a very loyal customer

Honestly, everything that can go wrong with an item will be considered "not covered" don't waste your money.

Worked good for maybe 3 days the it was pouring water out into floor like it wasn't going into tub it was opened box I think it had alot more wrong with it than we were told

I am currently having trouble with my dryer and every time I call the number to set up an appointment the automatic services hangs up on me.

Wanted this for my first year of service got billed for a second year for right now I’m not happy

Product is trash. Geek squad even worst. Highly not recommended.

What is the point of having a service plan if you can’t get the service they advertise when you purchase the product. Horrible automated phone system. You can never reach anyone, it’s like going in an endless loop of frustration!

They want to charge $100 just to come out then charge $500 to fix it what's the purpose of being a total tech member

I returned the dryer to Best Buy, and even though I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, the did not offer to help with the install.

Our Geek Squad installation team never showed up. :( We ended up carrying the washer and dryer up our stairs by ourselves and installing everything by watching YouTube.

Convenient when it is working. Laundry smells a lot. Constantly servicing.

I just can't decide if worth the hassle to get one. I just experienced two days of horrendous experiences and am shocked and a waste of time. The list is so long it's sad. I again always purchase or should say as of my last several purchase because I've had defective and even sent home with a refurbished laptop and was a "mistake" from Best Buy because I purchased new. Hard to say anymore

The extra protection is a joke as you still may have to come out of pocket. I will never purchase geek squad protection again...I’d go with a third party or rely on my credit card company.

Unfortunately I can’t really review it. It was dead on arrival. Didn’t have any more in stock. Nd needed a washer and dryer in a hurry. So got an lg from a different store

I purchased an open box LG dryer. LG did not wanna honor their warranty and geek squad was not able to service the dryer so I ended up having to return it. Not happy.
