    I wouldn't ever consider buying a major appliance without the service contract. 5 years for $99.00, Can't pass that deal up!

    The customer service representative at the Pacific sales/Best Buy store was not at all helpful. She didn’t get up to help me. She could not find the product,LG appliances to sell me extended warranty. Finally when she found, it took her 15 min to issue the warranty.
