Worse experience ever! Never have I ever scheduled an appointment for service to not he given an appointment timeframe until the day of the appointment. Then when asked if I am not available when I receive that timeframe what happens, I was told I would have to call back and waste another hour of my time to try to reschedule and wait another 48 hours for that timeframe. This not acceptable nor does it work for working class people with busy schedules.

I have not had to used it yet, but will probably have to.

Can't go wrong for the insurance for the products purchased
