It has options that I was missing in my other (New) machine! I like the agitator, no more white goop on my clothes! And I can manage the water levels so it cleans far better, without residue, hallelujah, you can actually really rinse out the clothes.

Nice to know they can fix my mistakes. Great value.

Geek Squad came out to look at my GE Profile - UltraFast 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Combo Electric Washer & Dryer with Ventless Heat Pump Technology - Carbon Graphite. Guy had no idea what he was doing. Was at my house for about 5 mins. He just said it's normal to take hours to dry for this type of machine. If I didn't have the warranty this lack luster visit would have cost me 125 dollars.

I will recommend this , they are serving profesionally

I haven't used the product at this time and hopefully I won't need it in the future but I purchased it for extra coverage just in case something goes wrong with my washing machine.

The wait at the Geek Squad desk is too long. Even when you make an appointment, this service time is still long.

I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer pair ,and I have always gotten very reliable service from my previous set. I probably don't really need it for this product, but its for my nerves and fear of the unknown and the what if happens.

I'm not satisfied with this set at all, doesn't clean like a washer should, the dryer should have a steamer

If these are the people I had to call when the delivery went wrong over and over, and over again- then they are terrible. They never acted like they could help me. I was told I had a specific agent, yet I could never reach her. I kept being passed around and never helped. A month later they sent me $200 to make up for the mess, but I would have preferred to have good customer service and feel like a valued customer the first time around. Thank you for the refund though.

I need assistance on this product i bought it show a word SUd whuch i don't really known and is washing at all.

Overall a great washer , just dont like the fact that it gets moldy on the rubber part

So, since March of '23, after realizing that they did not add the warranty back to my washer unit that they broke and had to replace, I have called numerous times and have been told that they sent the request off to a different department that will call me back and they never do. Only having to keep repeating the process for no conclusion. I even have a number to call for the person who attempted to fix my order and she will not answer my calls or call me back. All I want is my warranty added back so I don't have to deal with best buy anymore since my problem started in Feb of '22

Wasn't happy when I was told I would have to pay someone to come out to look at a washer and dryer that was purchased and within it's return policy. Luckily I went back to the store as the "online agents" were not willing to help.

Good things covered throughout plan, bummer that the plan doesnt rollover when getting an exchange.

I buy all of my electronics from best buy, and this is the first time I have had to call for service on my washer and dryer. Got up this morning and the washer wasn't working... no worries, I purchased the 5 year protection on my washer, so I'll just call for service. Simple, right? No...... Turns out geek squad is out of my service area and they are contracting out to a contractor so it's going to take an entire week to get someone out here. Going on vacation on Saturday, so they tell me to call when I get back from vacation. Whats the point of paying $250 for protection when they can't get someone out for service. Won't purchase anything from best buy that I can't carry back to the store (about 5 miles from my house).

If I could give no stars that’s what Best Buy deserves. We purchased the extended warranty for sole purpose because the department manager told us if one unit went down and was no longer available,. Best Buy would replace both. Come to find out 14 months after purchase we were lied to. Now Best Buy states they will replace only replace washer. Because our washer has been discontinued. Don’t waste your money our time with extended warranty you will regret. Also we waited over a month for this process to be handled. AND NOT ONCE DID WE EVER RECEIVE A CALL FROM BEST BUY OR GEEK SQUAD ABOUT STATUS OF OUR CLAIM
