Geek Squad protection is always great. You never know what happens, and I purchased a washer/dryer, so I know I'm in good (and money saving) hands with the Geek Squad 3 year warranty!

Just bought this protection plan for peace of mind due to the prolbems I had with the 2 new whirlpool dryers I had to exchange before I bought this maytag dryer. So far never had to use this protection plan yet but I know that if I would need it is will be protected.

I am glad I purchased a production plan for an appliance purchased at Best Buy. The service was excellent and we were completely satisfied with the technician and his performance. I would highly recommend Geek Squad protection warranty plans.

Fortunately haven't had to use it as washer is brand new but it is good to have should something go awry.

I have always purchased Geek Squad Protection for my purchases at Best Buy. When I require service, I don't have to worry about a high repair bill because all costs are covered. If they cannot repair my product, then I get a free replacement.

I have not had to use my warranty yet to this day due to whirlpool being an awesome product but I am happy knowing that I have a five year warranty to cover any issues that may occur.

I have not used this protection plan yet. I have never had an issue with Best Buy's service so I hope it is a good investment .

I haven't had to use this but definitely wanted this protection on my new Samsung top loader washer. With all the issues that Samsung is having lately, especially with their top loaders, I didn't want to take a chance with something happening outside of warranty.

I could not get my dryer hooked up on delivery day due to not having proper valve, after having proper valve in place, it took me one phone call for geek squad to come back in and hook up my gas dryer
