This a good service I recommend it to everyone, I called many time a had my washer and dryer stacked I ordres brackets was very easy

I purchased a washer and dryer two weeks ago. I have also bought a protection plan for 5 years with Geek Squad. I will have a peace of mind in the next five years, in case of any repair needed.

I have bought extended warranties on everything from best buy, when i spend over $299.00. I have used the warranties, and it has paid for itself, and then some.

Love it!!!! Top load easy to use. I love the settings for towels, big bulky, delicate…… It is great and gets my clothes really clean.

I always buy geek squad on majority of my purchases, their policy is so easy to deal with.

Haven't had to use it, but good coverage is listed. Always had good luck when I needed to use them in the past. Pricing is a bit high, it's gone up a bit recently. Must have for a washer/dryer though.

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

I will always have a Geek squad plan on anything I buy from Best Buy. They stand by anything they sell and don’t give you a hard time when a product fails

Can't go wrong here. In the old days an appliance would last your entire lifetime, now as awesome as new appliances are they are unpredictable making an extended warranty a necessity. This brings me peace of mind!

Great investment when purchasing expensive equipment.

So far I thankfully I have not had to use them for my washer, since it's only less than a week old. However I have used Geek Squad for all my computer issues and love them, they have always been able to help.
