NEVER BUY GEEK SQUAD Protection! It's a scam where they don't provide a contact number, a case number or anyway to follow up on a service call. Washer failed 6/12/25. Schedule Service for 6/16/25. Tech shows up with no parts, said it could be 3 parts that failed and he would order all 3 and return 6/23/25. Tech never showed. We have since spent 5+ hour on the phone trying to speak with anyone who cared, much less would help. We have spoken to 4 different Supervisors who promised they or someone would call us back and get a tech onsite. Still waiting......

I always buy the 5 year warranty. Geek squad is the best. Love Best Buy

Bought this for peace of mind - especially important with high-value appliance purchases. Used for another appliance and it was a flawless system.

In order to be safe I got insurance on the washer, in case if anything goes wrong, so far so good nothing happens. Love my washer, especially the top load.

Immediately purchased in case there were issues. Had a concern with the dryer. Technician came out shortly after the installation and resolved the issue

Thankfully haven't had to use this yet. It is peace of mind do to the expense of appliances nowadays. I wouldn't purchase a major appliance without it.

Many may not need Geek Squad Protection depending on what you are buying, but it's definitely a good option to have in case you require assistance or are buying something prone to have problems.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection yet as my item was brand new but I wanted this extra security for the future.

Great service plan. I have used this type of plan for my iPad and Best Buy was great. Great service from the staff. I highly recommend this service plan.

This provided me with the perfect peace of mind. I know that if anything happens I will be able to go and get it fixed or replaced because of the warranty.
