takes 90 minutes to dry clothes,delivery scratched the whole front up /not even a year and it needs repaired.and then scheduled a repair and it got canceled before they even came .i will buy one from lowes

Must have for any electronics made in these day. They don't make products like they used to.

I would rather pay a little more now for a piece of mind then paying for it later and a lot more. 20 yrs ago I would say no, but now. Way too many little electronic components to go wrong.

Always get the Geek Squad on all appliances, and renew it when possible. If they can't fix a problem, then they replace it. Good security for the cost.

The agents connected my devices but there was a problems with the washer hook up second time cold and hot water lines not installed correctly... Third time washer replaced fine

Well I got this 3 year protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully I never have to. 3 out of 5 stars wouldn't change a thing.

This was a big purchase for my house and I would like to insure that its well taken care of.

Hopefully I will not need the Geek Squad protection, but it is comforting to know that I will only need to deal with them in case of a repair, and not have to rely on customer service with the manufacturer.

I paid $99 to have the freedom of 5 years warranty and if they can't fix it they will give me new one I know if some one leaves puts extra clothing for detergent or sudden stops will go bad BUT not anymore !!!

Seems to work well, needed to replace two washers and there wasnt any issue with it

You have to have warranty coverage for your appliances. Geek squad protection is way better than dealing with the manufacturer warranty.

I like Best buy's Geeksquad protection. I have used it in the past and always get it to protect my appliance investment.

We have used the warranty and Geek Squad on almost all products my kids use and never been disappointed. Easy. Quick. Helpful. Saves money in the long run with kids.

Great to have for new products if something goes wrong
