Its a warrity hard to get thru to the geek squad to get help 3 call to get issue fixed

I like having the assurance of knowing I am covered in case something goes wrong in the next 5 years.

We use Geek Squad Protection Plans for many products. We have generally found it to be a great value.

I wish they had a 10 year warranty, but 5 years if better than nothing. I hope I won't need it, but it is always better to have it than not.

This is one of the times I purchased the plan for 5 years. I think for something like this in case anything goes wrong we are covered. I'd recommend for the add'l money to do so.

They were very efficient once they delivered it to the condo.

Shawn and Kenny were polite, friendly and treated the appliance as if it were their own.

I bought the Bestbuy extended warranty for my own peace of mind, I do not expect any problems, however, if something happens the washer is covered.

Gives me the peace of mind that if anything happens I am covered. Also glad for the extra protection

Typically, I don't buy service agreements but I believe that the plan offered by Best Buy is a really good and provides me with peace of mind.

i spent good hard earned money for the washer and dryer set. The warranty was a no brainer.
