Great, I installed myself super easy. The dry needed a cord i didn't know it was seperate

I got suckered into buying this warranty. Best Buy claimed to have great service. That’s why I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund on the accessories for a gas dryer we had canceled. Like why would I want to keep the gas accessories if we can’t do a gas dryer. Waste of time with Best Buy.

Also buy the extended warranty you will happy you did. It is worth it

Got the 5 year geek squad plan as there are not a lot of dealers that work on Samsung products

It doesn't prorated the protection when it is a replaced product

I would never buy anything from Best Buy without the protection plan, it offers a lot of coverage for a decent amount of time for a minimal amount of money.
