Customer service was very helpful in ensuring i got the coverage i needed

So far the washer has been great! It looks great with the matching dryer. The only downside is that the washer is so high that no one else can get clothes out of the bottom. I’ll update my review if the washer fails.

First machine the door did not seal which resulted in a wet floor and high heat in my laundry room. REQUIRED seriously slamming the door to even get the machine to shut and run. Second machine door was perfect but drum off balance and it creates a loud thud and clanging noise. Best Buy wanted to send technician to repair A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Does that make sense? Paying for a new machine that arrives broken. Now trying an upgrade with a GE PROFILE

I had a new agent (a trainee actually) help me with questions and setting my computer up, after the Geek Squad had to wipe off some Malware. Even though she was new, Logan F. was amazing. She was really patient, went through the steps at a medium pace, and checked to see if I had questions along the way. She really knows her stuff. If she doesn't end up being a techy, she'll end up being a really good teacher some day. Also, I highly recommend that elderly people go to her, because of her patience and adjustable rate of speech and explanations. :)

Love my new Maytag, but there seems to be an issue with the glass lid hinge. Had to have the lid replaced not long after purchasing in 2019 due to the plastic around the hinge breaking so the lid would no longer lock and the machine would not run. The Geek Squad were very helpful. Now 3 1/2 years later, the plastic has broken again. Hoping for a successful replacement as before.

got this installed for about 2 weeks now. First thing we noticed was how quiet this washer was. best yet it does not walk when running !!. we have put at least 20 loads of different clothing thru it, we are amazed by how well the washes have come out: no residual smell of detergent, all smell/sweat just disappeared after washing. We have been looking at getting one of this for 6 months or so, until I finally decided to buy it. looking back, I should have bought it much earlier.

Unfortunately, we have had to use the Geek Squad Servicing twice now and both times Robert has solved and repaired our issues. Highly recommend purchasing the 5 year Geek Protection---It works for no additional costs after initial purchase!

I'm here from my review on the matching washer. We purchased this set and couldn't be happier. We had Best Buy do the install because we wouldn't know how to install this gas dryer. They checked for a gas leak before they left and completed the install quickly. 2 things: don't set anything on top of the dryer, I see small little scratches already, but that's our own fault and if you need to switch the door to the other side, save the $50 and do it yourself! There are tons of youtube videos that can show you how to do it.

Works great, 3 years never had an issue. Just need to keep up with normal self clean.

Love it can’t complain this product is the best one I’ve used yet!

Bought it in August 2024 so far is a great dryer, we are a big family and do laundry every other day. will see how it holds up

I don't write reviews often, but I have been so blown away by how much Best Buy's/Geek Squad's Complete Protection Plan has improved that I had to pass on the information. Ever since Geek Squad took over the service (it used to be a third party entity), the level of customer service and ease of filing claims has improved IMMENSELY. I very seriously and honestly could not recommend it enough.
