Purchased for the extra security just in case. Have not had to use thankfully but good to know they are there if needed, But they did do a good job of installing my new washer and removal of the old ones.

This protection plan really was worth the inexpensive cost if you break it down by use. It definitely pays for itself and so happy we have it because we were able to replace with a new one after issues with the other one, issues over a 3 year period and we only paid $20 difference. Beautiful washer and dryer. The washer is very deep and able to accommodate our family's large loads! The service reps had both washer and dryer hooked up in no time with no issues! The dryer is also very spacious and I love all the detailed options!

I have had a small issue with my washer. When I called to see if they can send someone over to help me with the issue. The young man I spoke with was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answer all my questions with confidence and sent help over right away. That was my first experience with geek squad customer service and I have no complaints so far.

It is overall one of the needed and best protection against anything goes wrong with your washer. If your washer is defective, it goes wrong the first year and some may go wrong after 3 years.
