    They also provide repair services by using another company, so when you schedule a repair tell the customer service representative to only send geek squad personel. I've had bad experiences with the non geek squad services.

    We haven't had need of the Geek Squad for repairs, but thy are generally good. What is bad is installation. Having a 6 hour window is disgusting. Isn't the customer's time worth something? And not all of the installers are decent.

    The most prone repair item on a refrigerator, the ice maker, is not covered under the extended warranty. Sales people are not upfront about this. You have to read through the whole thing, after you purchase, to find this out.
