I would have to agree with the many people who said that Geek Squad Service is a joke. Their primary goal seems to be to say things to get you off the phone, usually either "I'm so sorry..." or "a BB store can fix it, just go to a store". The former comment doesnt fix my problem, and the latter comment is flat out untrue - I did go to a store, but because I bought the item on BestBuy.com, no store can fix the problem.

When we purchased appliances for our kitchen the salesman recommended getting the extended warranty for fridge and dishwasher.

Protection plan and how to use it as of yet but hopefully it works as I say

Microwave stopped working with SE error less than a year of purchase and I have had a difficult time getting geek squad to fix off the 3 year warranty I purchased. Manager was very rude and I was misinformed by another employee when she she to just bring in the microwave to exchange. When I had it uninstalled they refused to help me out and closed the door on my dads face because he was arguing the fact that we have warranty. Very unprofessional and do not plan on purchasing appliances through Bestbuy again. They’re not wanting to send out someone to fix or replace without additional fees.

I love the refrigerator but do not like how finger printed up the door gets

Just bought the warranty with our dishwasher purchase, so haven't needed to use it, and hope we never do. Peace of mind proterction.

The agent was professional and very efficient. I was pleased

After months of back and forth on the phone with bb, everything finally got resolved

We purchased a Samsung stove which was ok. But When delivered they miss a part. So it had to be replaced, So this problem was fixed and that’s the only thing that was done I had to call to get parts myself. So much for customer service.

I had a defective knob on my new kitchen aide stove top and bought full insurance through Best Buy but when I called they told me it wasn’t coveeed and I had to call kitchen aide for a replacement because in the insurance through Best Buy it’s considered a cosmetic item. I should have saved my money on the insurance since it doesn’t cover basic things.

Geek squad protection is good. I feel safer knowing I have it that way if anything goes wrong I’m all set

Cannot get ANYONE to come out and fix my Samsung washer. Representatives on the phone do NOT have a good command of the English language and they hang up on you. First tech could not fix the washer and just left, second appt NO ONE SHOWED UP. ON THE PHONE FOR OVER ONE HOUR TRYING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. DO NOT BUY WARRENTY FROM BEST BUY
