    Don't buy the plans. they are not what you think

    We had the same recurring issue with our dishwasher that never got fixed and Best Buy is now telling us we are out of luck since they could not fix it. That is not how these are sold in the stores. Buyer beware!!

    I purchse geek squad for all my equipment but never use it! it always expires then my items have an issue.

    I like the benefit, it is pretty pricey, and I wish the way to use it was laid out more clearly. Additionally, I can never seem to get through to anyone. We are a long-time TT member so it would be nice to actually be able to use the benefit.

    Delivery guys AWFUL! Alex w attitud moment off truck & Jasar was lazy & didn’t want to pull out dishwasher to plug in new stove so what does he do, packs it all up & leave. NO clue what his deal was but I told him where he can “go” so he called me a btch.Even Alex was shocked. Lol

    Sending me a tiny icon of a countertop (i think) and asking me to review it without any detail about the actual product, not even a name? Who designed this UX anyway, get better at your job.

    Such a process to come look at a stove that damaged in less than 1 year. Very upset with my Purchase at best buy. Warranty was not helpful at all, decided to cancel.

    I purchased the product and scheduled for delivery and installation on December 6, never came, and no call or email. I called and was scheduled for the 9th. No show and no call, and I found out it was canceled.

    Door locking system got failed in 1.5 years and they don’t have those particular parts available after waiting for 1 week. Not worth your money for a well known brand KitchenAid. Got full refund in a form of a store credit as I purchased Geek squad.

    The agents dropped off tv and left. We asked if we could upgrade to a larger tv and were told that we needed to return the original tv ourselves. Of course we just kept the 65” but we were ready to spend substantially more. We had to put in the room we wanted.
