I haven't had the need to use it yet. I'm glad Best Buy is offering this extended warranty in case if there's an issue with my new appliance.

I have used their warranties on past and they proved invaluable.. and I wouldn't buy a expensive appliance without protection especially living in swfl where brown outs are all too common...

Would go without this on any purchase. Saves your product should something go wrong. Cheaper than buying a new one or paying for repairs

everytime I buy a appliance, or vacuum, I purchase extended warranty exceptional product, with great service, technicians with quality workmanship.

Extremely bad customer service. I purchased a microwave and did a 3 year geek squad. When the magnetron busted in the microwave they wanted to do a replacement of the entire microwave. I said ok. They did not do a proper haul away, there was no customer service clearly explanining why my purchase was no getting fullfilled.

I had problems with my dishwasher called because I had purchased the extra protection they got it on schedule and sent someone in less than a week.

A must get especially when you purchase major appliances, we've had issues with our washer/dryer and it was fixed with no issues.

The gas range protection plan I purchased was not covered in Massachusetts.once I needed a repair I became aware only G.E. Covered it .I had to cancel my protection plan through Bestbuy and purchase it threw G.E.

No questions asked I needed this protection plan. I feel confident that for the next five years I’m covered. Fully recommend.
