    the stainless steel easy to clean just do not have enough shelves and not wide enough in the freezer but love the product

    After spending a lot of money on new appliances I feel so much better knowing I have a 5 year warranty , and geek squad there to help if any problems arise, well worth the extra money

    You're throwing your money away with Geek Squad

    My cooktop was never installed correctly. When I called for service, the first appointment, the tech came and said he needed to research and reschedule. After I didn't heat anything, I called and found out that he canceled the appointment saying he didn't work on gas cooktops. The second appointment, the tech said he had the wrong tools and a part was defective on the cooktop. The 3rd appointment, the tech was a no call, no show. The 4th appointment, the tech said the installation was wrong and the part was defective. I was later called to reschedule because that company was no longer honoring the geek squad protection plan. The 5th appointment, the tech said the defective part was no longer available so they were replacing the cooktop. The 6th appointment, the tech came out and said he didn't know how to turn the gas off using the shut off valve at the gas tank. The 7th appointment was another no call, no show. The 8th appointment had me waiting all day then said he couldn't find the house. He never called to say this. I just got a call saying they had to reschedule because he couldn't find the house. Here it is, appointment #9 and it's 2 weeks away. This plan is not worth it. I want my money back and I'll never buy the geek squad protection plan...ever again. Best Buy delivery and protection plans are the biggest pain and the delivery and repair people are the worst I've ever seen. The girl that called to reschedule after the tech lied and said he came, argued with me, telling me he came because he took a picture of a road. I was home ALL day so she didn't know what she was talking about but still defended the liar. I asked for a manager and they kept me on hold for at least 30 minutes and said they'd call back...but never did. Save your money and never buy a geek squad protection plan. They don't honor it and you'll go through too much unnecessary trouble. You'd be better off just buying another one because at least you would get that one...if it isn't ordered from Best Buy.

    years.....And you know you will have at least one service call that will cost more than than this 5 year warranty. Crazy not to get it.

    Agents were easy to deal with. Setup of repair was easy. We were able to order the correct parts ahead of time and no need for a second visit.

    I purchased a Bosch dishwasher that included the protection plan. After installation I received an email that directed me to get the plan details. Upon clicking it, I was unable to access the plan. I then logged on to my Best Buy account online and noticed that no protection plan was shown. I called Best Buy. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and speaking to 11 different people, I was told that my protection plan was indeed in force, but it couldn't be shown on my online account since my online account was listed under my home phone and my protection plan was listed under cell phone. But the real kicker is that the two profiles cannot be combined. So Best Buy, who claims to be a tech company, can't elctronically combine two profiles simply because of different phone numbers. They told me I should have made sure the telephone number I gave them at the time of purchase agreed with my Best Buy account. I might have done that if they would have told me that at the time of purchase. I wonder what would happen if I changed phone numbers in the future?

    We purchased the 3 year plan because this is a major appliance in our kitchen and used everyday. The cost overrides the call to BB to get it fixed or replaced if their is a issue.
