Doesn't really have that many movies watch but its ok

Showtime has had its moments. Some decent shows…..

I had this before and did not care for it so i did bot use this again

Because I purchased the Chromecast we were able to get a free trial for the special price of 4.99. We have enjoyed watching the Showtime channel. Wasn't always a fan of Showtime but they have in recent years gotten around to producing better programming. With Shows like Billions, Shameless, and Your Honor, there's something for everyone and the 30 days trial allows you to explore their entire catalog.

Channel has good shows and movies. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. So many apps and options to pick from today that it was just another down the middle offer. Did not extend offer after free trial. Netflix and other apps I have been subscribed to fulfill my viewing time. Maybe in the future I would purchase for monthly subscription.

This review is mostly based on the value of this offer. It's a great way to explore Showtime. The special price for 6 months after the 30 day trial is a great value. However, I cannot give this 5/5 stars simply due to the fact that in terms of the entertainment value of the content, Showtime is lacking in comparison to other subscription services.

Showtime isn't that great but I got it free with purchase so

Because we purchased the Amazon Fire Stick we were able to get a free trial for the special price of 4.99. We have enjoyed watching the Showtime channel. This gives us another option for watching movies at home. We watch mostly at night so we can watch what we want and on our time frame. It is great we are not tied to tv only on the network time. But can enjoy watching when and what we want.

Good shows, but once you are done, not that many great movies.

There are some good things on Showtime but they need more.

Added it to my streaming package for something different, but there's just such little, good content - and there are WAY TOO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS. People just want to watch tv, not the ads.

Showtime sucks, but the free trial was worth it, got to check it a couple of movies, and look at the selection before deciding if it was for me.

Good, easy to manage free trial. For me, the quality of programming doesn't measure up to some other streaming services, but that is of course personal preference. Worth a look for a few shows, and judge on your own from there.

There are many options out there for streaming, and Showtime is no slouch when it comes to quality. Quantity is a bit lacking compared to others, but there are definitely good options on there. Give it a try if you haven't.

Showtime offers some great shows, Dexter, Yellowjackets, etc. If you are looking to go with only one premium tier streaming service I would opt for HBO Max over Showtime but if you can find a deal on Showtime it is worth it.
