Not as advertised

Not refundable. Online does not mention that it's not refundable. Only works with Verizon PRE-PAID accounts. Does NOT work with regular Verizon accounts. Does NOT work with in-store Verizon purchases. If you bought this and don't have a pre-paid Verizon account, you just gave Best Buy $50 for nothing.
