This movie kept me on the edge of my seat. I would recommend this movie if u liked the first one. Both were gory a bit but still lots of action as well.

Can't be as good as the first but a must see. Heat action, slow motion fighting was awesome, and background stories of some old characters. I enjoyed it!

This is a great action movie. A lot of mindless violence. Provides some context to the movie 300. The name of this movie is however misleading.

I was really hoping to see the Spartan Empire kick some but like they did in the first movie instead it was the Greeks . Never the less it was great.

A fun sequel to the first movie. Awesome action scenes and a decent enough plot. Pretty cool special features on the actual history of the battles.

It was a good continuation of the story of 300. Lots action, lots of blood and gore, a fairly good story line. I am a Eva Green fan.

Both movies, The 300 and 300: Rise of an Empire are great movies if one likes this type of movie. It kept my eyes glued to the screen... you did not want to miss a second of what was taking place. Have watched it 2 or 3 times since. Great movie.

Good movie. Just not as good as the first. Had a pretty good story to it and great acting. If your a fan of action and bloody movies you'll love this

This is a good film and must see if you enjoy the history and story lines, it just wasn't as good as the first, but that was a hard film to follow!

I loved the first 300 so I took the plunge and tried the second one. This movie was much better than I thought, and the 3D quality was really cool. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and enjoy watching and showing my friends the 3D version.

I feel this movie let me down. I loved the first movie, and so was expecting much more from this movie. I thought the new Persian villianess was great - she was definitely a great enemy and believable in her role, but I did not like the new character who was the new Greek hero in this film. This character fell short for me and thus detracted from the movie. Also, the story was not as good as in the first film. Wait to see it when it comes to television.

Felt it was a good continuation from the 300 movie, same style in camera work, lots of action and cool special effects. Liked the special features.

The blood in the movie really pops out in the 3d format. Been looking for different 3d movies that actually use a lot of 3d popping out effect.

It was ok. I guess it's had to live up to the first 300. Glad I didn't see it in the theaters but regret not seeing the original in the theatre

Sequel to the 300 movie this bluray has a great picture but even better sound that will really test your home theater speakers.

I'm more than positive there will be another movie but this one was just as good as the first. My fiancé loves the kick-to-the-chest move in every movie, lol... Lot of action, story line fits, great fight scene and character development. Can't complain

This movie is good, but not great. did not come close to the original 300. Idea for the story is good, but not put together as well as the first.
