Great movie to watch especially if you are into action and Greek movies. The graphics are so awesome. I really enjoyed watching this movie. I highly recommend buying this movie. You will not be disappointed.

Although not as good as the first 300 film, this one is also outstanding. If you liked the first then you won't nmbe disappointed with this one. The cgi blood is a bit cheesy at first but you get used to it.

Not as good as the original. The main character is no Leonidas. Buy Artemisia (played by the talented Eva Green) is a worthy adversary. The picture itself is gorgeous, and looks even better in 3D!

Same grittiness of 300 with more naval fighting. Still like Frank Miller's style and translates well to movies.

It was a very good movie, not as good as the 1st one...tho.I got it during Black Friday sale, so worth price.

The first 300 started the whole slow-mo fighting scenes. And even tho there are a bunch of movies with the same greek gladiators on gory fights kinda thing (Immortals, Hercules) 300 is the best of them all.

This movie is the original but the fighting is nearly all naval based without hoplite fighting. Still, if you appreciate these kinds of movies, you should love all the blood and guts in this one.

We wanted to watch a cool action movie to go with our new TV and chose this one. Picture quality is great which made all the action scenes even better. I loved it, my wife...not so much.

Most of the times sequels of a big hit movie aren't as good as the original, but in this case I liked 300: Rise Of An Empire better then the original 300. Also it is very good in 3D.

this movie tells the tale of the naval battle that happened during the same period as the first movie took place in so you can see how they had no choice but to go home defeated after losing on land and sea

Enjoyed watching both movies 300 and 300 empire rises so I would recommend both movies to my friends.

I really enjoyed watching the Persians getting their just reward in the end, and it being the end of the Persian empire. I guess I liked all the actions scenes too, that's one of the best part of a movie.

Good solid action movie with visuals that were onpar with the original however the story line and acting were not as compelling as the original. But the movie was still good enough for me to purchase it.

This has both a prequel and a sequel to The 300. The fight scenes are gruesome but that was battle in those days! Eva Green is both seductive and horrifying as the villainess.

I really enjoyed 300: Rise of an Empire a lot more than I thought I would. I would definitely recommend it!

This movie was full of action...and yes, the blood was flying. All in all a good yet predictable action flic.

very nice movie to watch with family the dvd was good price from best buy. I recommend it if u seen the other related movies. The colors are great and full of action. I recommended to most of my friends.
