great movie, tons of action and even better in 3D.

Epic movie but nowhere close to as enjoyable as the original. Set pieces were stunning and fights were gory. I hope this series gets a final installment.

great action & always get a great deal at Best Buy

The special effects were pretty great but the story was almost non existent.

I was a huge fan of 300. This movie was absolutely terrible. My wife and I sat there forcing ourselves to hope for improvement, sadly it never happened. We both looked at each other at its end in agreement we were unhappy we wasted the time watching it. It gave insight to happenings but none of it necessary or even worth watching. I watched 300 so many times. I won't watch this a second time. It was lacking plot, acting, substance, etc. I hope they do not make a third. The extras say they are upping the ante in this movie when in actuality they instead destroyed the next generation of its legacy. The trailer hooked me, the actual delivery was epic failure. I would rather watch paint dry, literally. Save your money!

Horrible, truly horrible. I didn't particularly enjoy the original 300 because Gerard Butler is a horrible actor. I didn't think there could be worse and this movie proved me wrong. If you liked 300, go for this one but don't have as high of expectations. If you didn't like 300, stay away from this stinker.

The first movie at least had something, this one was a complete waste of time. Bad acting, bad cheesy effects. If that's what you want, go for it.
