So-So Remake

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3:10 Yuma we have Dan Evans (Christian Bale) is a civil war veteran, who is behind with his debts and leads a poor life with his wife Alice (Gretchen Mol) and their two children William (Logan Lerman) and Mark (Ben Petry). One day Dan and his sons witness a robbery, a group of outlaws led by Ben Wade (Russell Crowe). Dan helps local law catch Ben, and offers to escort Ben to town of contention to put him on the train from 3 and 10 to Yuma for $ 200. This movie is a good Western movie, Russell Crowe and Christian Bale do an excellent job together, two good actors ... I like how he manages to create the relationship between them ... Dan being a bit dry at first and after changing into an enjoyable personality ... Ben being the villain, and I can say at first that he is great, you hate him but you love him at the same time, charismatic, charming, funny, intelligent, although he is the bad guy you like him I like that the film makes you invest in the story, it makes you like the characters and the story becomes more and more complex, you become much more emotionally connected as you go. 9.5/10
