East to put together, just need a screw driver like any other plastic on metal assembly. I didn't pay over $300 bucks, rather I barely payed $150 with Black Tie. Which I'm so glad I purchased, because there are issues. I'm not new to setting up TV's, or adjusting the internal settings, but this TV is constantly loosing it's brightness. It dims all the time, and lets an audible *POP go whenever the resolution changes. I'm not planning on keeping this too much longer as it needs to go back to the store. Like I said earlier, good thing I got the extended policy.

But I did! The prices have dropped so low for good sized flat screen tvs and so far no complaints. I know other models that have a tough time with dark scenes, but I haven't see this issue with this model.
