I was screwed

I returned it and they said I could send it in and have it repaired or they could give me a new T.V. I took the new T.V. and after I got home 150 miles away I realized they had given me a 32 inch T.V. with no dvd player and a $70 gift card.

We mess with the settings but either it's too dark or too bright. We have no way of returning it....ordered online.

Best Buy will not allow us to exchange the TVs, so now we are stuck with 14 TVs that don't perform a basic function.

The outside looks perfect you wouldn't know there is a problem to look at it until you turn it on.

My TV was defective!

The quality is nice, and the size is pretty big for how much you're paying. It comes with a remote, of course, but I also use PeelSmart remote (app on phone) to control the TV, and it works! The only thing I disliked was that it didn't come with an HDMI cable, so don't forget to pick one up while you're in the store/in your online cart.
