    Cannot pick up analog programs.

    Can only pick up about 8 stations. Old TV gets 23 stations when including analog stations.

    I had a 39 inch t.v. with a built in dvd player and with a 5 year repair guarantee .. I returned it and they said I could send it in and have it repaired or they could give me a new T.V. I took the new T.V. and after I got home 150 miles away I realized they had given me a 32 inch T.V. with no dvd player and a $70 gift card.

    This does not have a clear picture, the contrast is crappie, the picture seems very bright. We mess with the settings but either it's too dark or too bright. We have no way of returning it....ordered online.

    After returning 3 different TVs 2 for speaker issues and one for picture issues we chose to buy a different brand at Best Buy. Dont waste your money on this one :(

    Purchased 14 of these TV's for our company, after installing, realized that the USB did not allow looping of a slide show, which is the only reason why these were purchased. Best Buy will not allow us to exchange the TVs, so now we are stuck with 14 TVs that don't perform a basic function.

    Move in day is today at college and the they set up the TV and turn on the TV to a crack on the inside of the screen. The outside looks perfect you wouldn't know there is a problem to look at it until you turn it on.

    My TV was defective but Best Buy was really good about letting me return it even though I had it more than 34 days. The sound would go on and off intermittently.

    After a year of purchase the TV started shutting itself off. We thought it was just getting too warm. Then at a year and a half the Tv wouldn't turn on. I will definitely start reviewing purchases made.

    I was so happy to get a new TV. But it wasn't even a week old and the sound stopped working. Best Buy was great they refunded my money and allowed me to pick out a new TV.

    The Insignia TV Stop working after just a week. The screen was black but the sound was still working. Returned to the store and purchased another brand.

    Poor quality tv and NOT made for mounting like it is advertised. The plastic on the back breaks when trying to mount due to it being so thin.

    Bought the TV and plugged it in the wall. 15 mins later it power surged and then the screen went blank. Not a recommended purchase.

    Great price, easy to setup in just a few minutes, great picture! Hooked up to dvd/vhs player with no problem.. very happy I bought this. P.s. bought Mom one 7 years ago and it still works great!

    I've had no issues with this TV. The quality is nice, and the size is pretty big for how much you're paying. It comes with a remote, of course, but I also use PeelSmart remote (app on phone) to control the TV, and it works! The only thing I disliked was that it didn't come with an HDMI cable, so don't forget to pick one up while you're in the store/in your online cart.
