A very cheap problem product soled at Best Buy

Didn’t work

The first one we got came damaged (no fault to Best Buy, fedex destroyed it in transit). Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked and ordered us another one for in store pick up this time. Unfortunately, it never worked past one full up. It would fill up the one tray but also drop a lot of water into the ice bucket with the half melted ice. By the time it would cycle again the same way, the few pieces of ice were melted in the bucket already. We bought it as a Christmas gift for my mom so it was a bummer we had to return her Christmas gift. Only good part about the whole experience was the easy to return process with Best Buy twice. One of the reasons why we try to only buy electronics and appliances from Best Buy!

Lasted one year
