Product performs to my expectations and not very loud. I just wish the large size cubes were bigger but all in all I am a very satisfied customer.

Works just right for me. Just having the convenience of having ice constantly made is just idea for me, rather than waiting on several ice trays to freeze or driving to the store to hunt around trying to find ice in a bag every day. I love it I love it I love it. No problems just give it space for it to ventilate. I away say ON EVERYTHING - BE WISE and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS because you did not make it.

PRO - when it works it works great, makes plenty of ice, CONS- 5th one in 4 years, 1st one lasted about 1 year Nostalgia brand appears to be exactly the same, as the Insignia figure must be made by same manufacture, 2nd lasted about 1 year, Nostalgia brand 3rd lasted 1 day Insignia brand 4th lasted 1 year Insignia brand 5th still working after 2 weeks, Insgina brand So I Paid about $150 for the first one. luckily with the service extension. Since is the service extension is actually a one time replacement, I had to purchase it 3 of the 4 times the machine was replaced, since except for 1 of the machines they broke down after the 12 month limited warranty. That has cost about $100, SO I have paid about $250 total for about 4 years of use, I would expect the first machine I purchased should have lasted 4 years or more. But I guess paying $30 to $50 for a new replace is better than paying $175 every 12 months for a new one. If I ever get out of this seaming endless cycle, I will have to look a different manufacture. They all cannto be this bad, or can they?

Makes ice relatively quick. Figure 40 minutes for a basket. Only wish it kept cubes cold but it does recycle the water.

Out of box item but works as expected The ice cubes are cold and fit well in my glass :)

So far so good. A good addition to your fridge ice maker. We use it all the time and the choice of ice size is a big plus.

Santa brought this to us for Christmas. We have only used it twice, but it makes cubes quickly and works well. Our ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator/freezer is garbage; always seizing up. It is a poor design. This is great for entertaining and will get much more use once COVID is under control.

Like the counter ice maker , its size is better then the smaller one we had. Great for drinks and easy access.

We’ve only had it for less than a month but so far so good, it’s an ice making champ! I’d say we have to reload water roughly every 3 days and we use ALOT of ice! The only thing that could make me love this little gem less is if it breaks down before a few years of use. Takes about 10 minutes from filling to spitting out the first 9 cubes on the “large” setting.

Small enough for upstairs. Makes ice really quick.

3 different sizes for cubes, but hard to tell the difference. Can't complain about anything else,makes them faster than the fridge !

This is the best thing I ever purchased. Love having ice at my fingertips whenever I want it. I love the settings to pick the different sizes of ice I want. I wished it kept the ice from melting, but it's all good it basically recycles its self and makes ice just as fast. Love this ice maker

Some reviews said loud, I don't think so. We got the 33 and 26 pound models and ran them side by side. We thought the 26 model was actually louder than the 33. The 26 model seemed to make the ice faster than the 33, though the 33 "large" cubes were bigger than the 26 model "large" cubes. We changed both units to "small" and they appeared to be the same as each models "large" - so don't let 2 or 3 "different" sizes sway your decision here. The 33 is big, so you definitely need more counter space for it. The 26 is better for portable use (like taking camping) or for a smaller kitchen, dorm room, etc. When on sale, the 33 isn't much more money than the 26, and with the larger cubes and capacity, we decided on the 33 for that reason. But you really can't go wrong with either. Great quality and super easy to use. Foolproof even.

perfect for my apartment. very convenient. the downside is that this is not self cleaning.

This ice maker makes twice as much ice as our old one and offers more space to retrieve the ice. We were able to buy a 4 year warranty at a great rate. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase

Overall it makes ice fast. I don't like that it melts after time. If you keep it on and the ice melts it keep making more 24/7.

Our icemaker in the frig started leaking and repair cost was a non-starter so we bought this portable one. It takes most of the day to make enough ice to fill the bin in the freezer. Another reviewer suggested putting the ice in a gallon zip-lock bag in the freezer first since the ice comes out pretty wet. Take the bag out after freezing and bang it on the counter to break up the ice and dump it in the ice bin in the freezer. Works great!

Makes ice very quickly I would have given it 5 stars but the lid doesn't seal very good otherwise works good.

Good ice maker for the price. Can change the size of the ice pellets which is nice. It is noisy.
