I hate that you now have to purchase the software when you buy a computer, as I feel as if it should automatically come with it. However, it works amazing and is fairly easy to use.

Microsoft 365 are a must haves for your computer. I find it very useful and Microsoft Word and Power Point are easy to use. Excel requires a bit more experience and training.

Microsoft 365 is an excellent product that can be used by everyone in my household. The product is easy to use and the constant updates keep us current.

The yearly subscription is a great idea. Best Buy notifies me when the next subscription is due. I have been doing this for many years. Of course Microsoft 365 is a great program.

This product works fine, but I would like to buy software to install on my laptop and not have to keep paying the subscription fee every year.

The programs are great but the price has just been announced to increase by 30% and they are starting to integrate AI into everything, Don't need AI. Don't want AI. Won't use AI. Really considering alternatives if I can talk my wife into it...
