I find most of the Tech very helpful, however, I was told Best Buy is NOT Microsoft, I believe MICROSOFT should provide a better way for people to contact them, since todays world is tech of every kind. We always hear "GO ONLINE". IT IS TRULY APPALLING as most internet issues are centered around MICROSOFT.

Bought a Samsung 9e tablet a while back. Past devices have been Kindle Fires. Had always found Android tablets to be a bit pricey. So when I went looking for a new Fire to replace my battery failing Fire, I thought I would compare the Fire 10. I found it to be a bit too large for the way I used a tablet. To my surprise I found the Samsung 9e, which is just at the top end of the size sweet spot, at a price comparable to the Fire 10. So, I jumped and have been extremely happy with the choice. The 9e may not be the most feature rich tablet but it is certainly one that meets my basic needs. And having a wider range of apps to choose from is great. I also have to say that Samsung support is great. I have had two opportunities to ask support "Hwo to" kinds of questions and they have been great. Short wait times, courteous and knowledgeable techs, an spot on answers and options both times. Only negative is the native Samsung keyboard app. The keyboard layout was causing me to make way too many typos. The predictive text and dictionary functions were creating way more substitutions that were incorrect and adding way too many erroneous spellings to the dictionary thus compounding the problem. I was having to frequently reset to default to keep it clean. Problem was easily resolved by loading SwiftKey as an alternative. Much better keyboard layout and way much better predictive text and dictionary function. All in all, I am very happy.

Have hardly used it since I retired so didn't really need it.

It is good to have the Microscoft 365 when I need it for forms and documents, but sometimes the need to edit certain PDFs and other items are difficult and required different services which is disappointing that it is not all included.
