My 3 stars is not based on the quality of the product as much as it is based on how it is pushed out. I had very little help either from Microsoft (virtually unable to contact) and Best Buy (would need to pay for the help)

I do not appreciate having to pay an annual fee for a product. I understand this is not a Best Buy issue, but I do assume that get some kickback from Microsoft on collecting these funds.

Works good for my needs. Does a lot more than I can use.

This was a renewal of the subscription I purchased in July 2019 when I purchased a new computer. However, after receiving my computer back from The Geek Squad after 2 days of repairs, I discovered the next day they had removed my Microsoft 365 software for some unknown reason. I called the The Geek Squad the following Monday thinking it would take 15-20 minutes to reinstall it. After talking with 2 different Geek Squad technicians starting at 10:28 AM and ending at 12:47 PM I still had no Microsoft 365 software and was advised to call Microsoft. It only took about 20 more minutes for the Microsoft technician to reinstall my Microsoft 365, but she also re-established my 2 e-mail accounts in the Microsoft mail format and explained why The Geek Squad was unable to solve my missing software problem. I have been using Microsoft software ever since sometime in the early 1990's and I have always enjoyed using it and I feel comfortable with it even through the various changes over that time.

Not as user friendly as windows 10. Sometimes documents don't print right off the internet (copy/paste). Tried to print a bank statement online and document would not print with word 365 and it would on a windows 10 computer.

Good product for work but hard to avoid auto renewal.

I enjoy using Microsoft 365. It is simple but safe

The good old days where you bought operating software, owned it and they sent you updates but now they license it to you so they can charge you every year. True monopoly that just keeps growing wealthier. Ah, such is life.

It is what it is. i have to have it, but it really annoys me to have to "buy" it every year, rather than just buy it once, install it, and use it for several years.

No issues as of yet. Worked as I thought it would.

This has been disappointing for years. Would not use if every document I have saved were not originated on Word and Excel. Very difficult to understand from year to year how to maneuver the app.

It's Microsoft Office. Its always a great product.

Standard Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.

I'm still old school and like to purchase a program rather that pay a subscription. I've been ok with using old versions and don't need all the up to date functions. Not a big fan of being forced to pay every year. However; the price/value isn't that bad.
