not impressed
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it was better when you bought the product and update accordingly . The push to use one dirve is annoying. The subscriptions is more costy than a one time purchase really don't have options here unless one goes apple

Good but no Cigar
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Office suite is, perhaps not the best, but certainly the biggest game in town. I have used PowerPoint for numerous presentations and it is an excellent product although the menus are difficult to figure out. Excel is an excellent spreadsheet with lots of good features and fairly easy to use. The Help function will be invaluable. Access is a reasonable database but inferior to others that I have used. If you need a serious relational database, shop around. Word, my constant frustration. I grew up on Word Perfect where you could use the function "edit codes" to detail exactly what you wanted. I am frequently frustrated when Word imposes it automatic "correction" to completely ruin what I was trying to express. If not an "edit codes" (probably impossible ) they could probably implement an "override" function that would undue the the changes forced by Word.

Microsoft Office 365 Personal- Great programs!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft Office 365 Personal - Where the heck would we be without this suite of programs? Well the easy answer is we would be out of sync with the rest of the computer users who send us stuff all day long that we have to use. This program levels the playing field and you will be able to read and write and communicate all your data with yourself and everyone else you need to work with. The program is easy to load and most of us already know how to use these programs but if you need extra help it is always there for you to use anytime you want. I cannot function in the real or virtual world without this program suite. So if you need to open files this program will allow you to do that, If you need to create, organize and communicate files you can do that too. The real question is - "if you do not use this program what are you going to use instead?" The answer is I really don't know... So do yourself a favor and get this program so you will be productive in work, school and with your friends anytime you wish.

Microsoft subscription review
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would've bought the one-time thing, the price is too excessive for a yearly subscription especially you're looking to use only the basic functions of Microsoft... so do your research before you commit to this subscription.

Wake Up Microsoft!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft’s “improvements” don’t always work. The video editing software was simple, yet effective. Then they discontinued it and replaced it with Clipchamp which absolutely SUCKS!!! Don’t know who made that bad decision, but it is typical of Microsoft. So many times they implement changes/upgrades, etc. which they don’t have the actual users (like me) test it out first. The brainiac programmers never actually “USE” what they create. Unfortunately, I pay for it - both monetarily and frustratingly- resulting in a huge waste of my time. Sometimes I really really hate Microsoft!

Heavy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The vacuum is definitely a good product in order to suck up dirt. That part is very good. The problem is the vacuum is very heavy and hard to do on stairs

Not really with the subscription
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You have to have this now if you want word and excel plus the others. I would much rather have the program my self and not have a stupid subscription fee. Google is available so it really isn't worth the subscription fee.

It is ok
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would rather have the nonsubscription version since I don't use half the programs. The only good thing is it is easier to move from one computer to another when changing to a new computer.

Not a fan of subscriptions
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The same bells and whistles I usually get for work and or school . But I'd like to go back to the days when you could buy MS for one price and it's yours for keeps instead of a subscription

Subscription Hassle
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saw that I had 2 office subscriptions in my Best Buy account and wanted to remove the old one. I ended up cancelling the wrong one. I couldn’t get Best Buy or Microsoft to reinstate it. And I couldn’t get Best Buy to remove the subscription that was invalid. I had to purchase a new subscription. I hate that you have to pay every month for Microsoft office.

Some issues
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some time I can't get the file to open. I would like to buy Microsoft 360 one time. I would also like to back up my own files, not have them on the cloud.

Don't purchase MS Office through Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product itself is fine. However, do not appreciate that Best Buy hides the fact that subscription auto renewals get locked to them and not direct to Microsoft and trying to turn off the auto renew is near impossible.

Not a happy camper
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find it unfair the yearly renewal. If I purchase the program it should over and done with not have to pay every year to use a platform that is absolutely needed to work my paid for computer.

Best laptop going
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second ASUS laptop. My first was a gaming laptop I purchased about 2 years ago because I wanted a 17" screen for work. I was looking for a 2 in 1 laptop that was packed with features but light enough for me to carry around to work. I also needed to have it Windows Ink capable as I wanted to be able download my forms (some of them legal sized) onto the laptop and write on them. I was used to a 17" screen on my old laptop and was concerned about dropping down to a 15.6" with this one but, I quickly found the 15.6" screen to be just what I needed. It's not heavy and the screen folds back easily into the tablet mode and with the click of the Bamboo Pen top, I'm in business to take notes, fill out my forms, and go to work. The only thing that would be better was if the Bamboo Pen was included with the purchase of the laptop. For the price I paid it would have been a nice perk. Overall, I'm really happy with this laptop and would recommend ASUS to everyone.

Error codes
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this along with my MacBook Pro. Sadly Excel never worked properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled I had Apple look at it did so much and never was able to you it when needed. And for the remaining Microsoft application they always give me an Error code ever time I open them. So for the most part kinda waist of money unfortunately.

I am a non-computer type
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two subscriptions - one for me and one for my wife, I'm not even sure why I bought them. I think I did it to get "Outlook". I don't know how to access Microsoft 365 - I have it but I am not sure what I bought. :)
