I liked that Geek squad consistently emailed me about the renewal. It was a fast and easy renewal!

Don’t really have strong feelings about this product. It’s just a necessity for work. I just wish we could buy programs for a one time fee like we used to. Yearly payments are awful.

I don't have a problem with the service, but I don't like needing a yearly subscription to use Word. I would prefer to buy the current year's copy and stick with it.

I was pleased when I was able to get access to Apple news. I have found many more topics with great articles. Especially new topics I have not heard about before. The articles tend to give me enough information that sparks my curiously and wanting to delve deeper into the topic. I am not pleased about the increase across the board of the price for these apps. Such as Apple News, Apple Music, Apple TV. Plus the Apple Fit is already to high of a price for me to even consider when I can utilize some free programs. So I may be leaving these apps all together because of the expense and price hikes.

There are many similar products available that are just as good and less expensive or free, but when required to use by your job you're stuck

I've been working on PCs for 40 years, and Microsoft 365 provides all the necessary tools for the writing and record keeping I need to do in my practice as a psychotherapist, and in my role as an instructor / administrator in an educational program for psychotherapists. I appreciate the service I get from Best Buy when I have questions about any aspect of one of the programs I'm less familiar with, and as I use the programs more often, I become more comfortable and confident about the newest features of Word, Excel, and Power Point. If you're doing a lot of writing, and working in a small organization that doesn't use proprietary program,s you'll be well-served with Microsoft 365.

I don't like the subscription pricing but understand that it keeps the program up to date. Microsoft 365 has lots of good applications, most of which I will not use regularly.

Products are super but charging an annual fee to use them is gouging the customer. I don’t need a lot of new bells and whistles. Happy with the product as is. Excel and Word meet all my current needs.

It's 365. That's it really. Nothing groundbreaking. It's a subscription service now which is lame...But if you need to use it then you have no choice. It's not like buying the soft like before

I like this subscription and the fact that it renews automatically is so convenient. I receive an email when it’s about to renew and once it’s posted.

When I first started graduate school and needed a new computer that did not come with Microsoft Office pre-installed, I needed to purchase office separately. The Best Buy Associate who helped me with my purchase recommended Microsoft Office 365 Personal - Yearly. This was one of the best decisions ever. I use multiple devices to access my Microsoft files (iPad, iPhone, laptop, desktop, the PCs at my college) so I might need to type up a quick Word Doc on the go. Having a Microsoft Office 365 Personal - Yearly account helps. I can access the Word app, PowerPoint, OneDrive, or Excel without any difficulty. The subscription may seem like a sticker shock; however, if you use Microsoft Office on a regular basis on multiple devices, this is the best way to solve that problem without having to buy a new version every time it comes out, or if you suddenly need to buy a new computer.

Honestly I do not use the full microsoft applications, but it does help keep my other applications I frequently use updated with the new format, etc..(Word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)

The prodcuct has few changes that does not justify the prices. I maintain the suscription bacause there is no other option.

SoSo, not a great thing to have, since yearly payments are needed - there should be only a large initial one-time purchase fee.

I really like my laptop A LOT. I do need to report that it has needed repairs twice, first one cost $75 and second repair just $30, so nothing expensive but was inconvenient when I need the laptop for work and school. Aside from that, Im so glad that the salesman helped me pick it out cause it's perfect for me and my needs. I do highly recommend it. A few neat features are the fingerprint sign in, the touch screen, the ability to light up the keyboard, and that the laptop bends backwards to be used as a tablet if needed/wanted. The color is also crystal clear. The only thing I'd change if I could would be the volume capability. It seems very low and restricted so I often need to plug in headphones when I'd rather not use them. All in all, great product.

It’s much more complicated with more prompts than it used to have. It also is more difficult to change fonts and borders. There used to be more borders available.

Love the ease of renewing at Best Buy. I am having issues accessing all my benefits of 365 at renewal and not much help from Microsoft.

I only use this software rarely but need it for excel and word documents. The cost isn’t worth what I get out of it on a recurring basis.
