    Microsoft 365

This is a staple but it's not easy to put on different devices. It keeps mixing up my computer accounts. One computer I use for business and one for personal use and it not only keeps confusing the two, but it looks like every time I want to use it it wants me to sign in. Really annoying. Not to mention it auto charged me without any warning, and it charged me twice. Fortunately I had a good customer service person that refunded one of the amounts

Its okay I just dont like having to pay for it. These services used to be free back when I was growing up and I wish it was still like that. Everything is so expensive now smh.

I was exposed to 365 at a workplace of mine and really liked some of the features it included, enough that I decided to purchase it for home - for at least a year anyway. It's proved quite handy for a couple of data management ideas I've had. I don't know if any of the other office suites out there could've done them. I've become used to having it available - and I find myself using it more than I thought I would. The subscription model has pros/cons - we'll see when the time comes whether we're up to springing for another year. It's a very professional and powerful product no matter what.

    The Standard

I've been using word processors since the Dark Ages (well, the early Eighties, anyway) and, in the legal profession that I practice in, Microsoft Word, as part of 365, is pretty much the de facto standard these days. I'm certainly no power user of 365, but at least I don't have to learn have to use a different program every couple of years as I had to in the old days. I do miss being able to buy stand-alone programs and not have to pony up for fees every year, but having the on-going updates to the program I have to have anyway is a good thing.

    Office 365 subscription model

I used the Download option without issue. You will receive an e-mail which will have a button link "Access your content" which brings you to your Downloads and Codes list on Amazon. There should be a line for MS Office 365 Home with the Product Key value listed under. I used it to add to my existing subscription. I used to be against the Office 365 subscription model.. but since I can now have up to 6 account users with 1 TB of onedrive storage each and unlimited devices, it's actually a decent value. I almost always still use the desktop versions of Word and Excel. You can download it as needed. The online web version is continuing to improve over time.. but it's just not the same and lacks some features of the desktop versions of the apps.

Not a fan of the subscription services but it’s Microsoft Office and all the programs that are in are a necessity and run like they’re supposed to

It is a Microsoft Office and once you buy it should be yours. I do not like it because, you have to purchase it every year to use it.

    Amazing Product!!

Remember when you had to pay over $500 for MS Office, or "know somebody" with the disks???? LOL. Not anymore!! Now, when you subscribe to MS Office, you get ALL of the Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Included in the subscription, and you get updates as they arrive, so you always have the most current versions of the Suite. Add to that the FREE 1TB of OneDrive Cloud Storage, to keep ALL of your files and very quickly access them on any of the devices you have. On top of that, the products work on PC, phones and tablets, so you can work from anywhere you want!! This is one of the best innovations MS ever dropped, and is well worth the price. I have had it for years and will continue to use it every day.

I was not charged the members price for renewing the software. I now question the purpose of the membership if Best Buy does not honor it.

Cannot rate this product because we cancelled our order due to best buys incompetence and lack of correcting their mistakes and resolution of the problem. I ordered new computers, printer and wifi and a date for Geek Squad to install. One representative told me all my products were not in yet and another rep told me they didn't schedule enough time so we had to reschedule. By the way, we found this out two days before we were schedule. I have never spoke with such unprofessional, uninformed customer service representatives. Only to find out that you can't even call the local Best Buy anymore to speak with a manager or anyone in the store. You have to drive there and hope you can get a manager onsite. I was provided an email that a manager would see and get back to me. A manager did call me back but was totally useless in resolving the issue. We ended up buyng directly from HP. I was lied to and totally dismissed by everyone of your staff. Best buy created the problem and I suffered for it. This will most likely not be posted however, I feel as though this is important feedback to upper management to hear and understand what is happening in their place of business and how their clients are being dealt with. With so many more options to purchase my electronics, I doubt I will be going back to Best Buy ever.

    A Do-All Machine

This machine does it all! There are separate brew baskets for tea and coffee thereby eliminating the “coffee aftertaste” in your freshly brewed tea. Do you suffer from “stomach burn” after drinking coffee? You can reduce this by using dark roast beans (acid content is reduced by dark roasting) and “cold” brewing overnight to further reduce the acid content. Want an iced tea or coffee in the afternoon? Just follow clear instructions. Note: this may bring out the mad scientist in you as some experimenting may be required to get the strength of the iced coffee to your best liking. Finally, the built-in frother on the side will turn your latte coffee into cappuccino. It is easily removed for rinsing. Enjoyment and chuckles until the next review.

I finally treated myself to Microsoft 365. I have been using free stuff and it was a hassle to go from work documents to my laptop. Now it's easy and I'm happy with it. Of course, wish I could pay one fee and be done with, but that's the way of the world: subscriptions. I understand updates and everything. My only complaint, knocked a star off, is that it's not real clear when you get rebilled. The first year you see it on your credit card it's surprising. It will say Best Buy renewal and you're like, what? But Geek Squad actually handles it so if you have questions, it's easier than getting a hold of Microsft.
