Fine. OK. I gave up and bought in (literally) to the money grubbing subscription idea. I just got tired of forever appearing to be behind the feature curve. That was two years ago. The low offering price Best Buy had pushed me over. After the burn wore off I’ve noticed that my incentive to learning the programs Has increased since I’m no longer reading instruction books for past editions. Maybe the prices for those going away will ease the pain. Missing my old Publisher program I opted for the Pro Plus version which is more than I need but does include my old friend, just pretty different. In summer, I’ve been able to dig deeper and therefore utilize more. I wonder if that was MS idea at all?

The product is very good. All of the Microsoft products. Too high priced though for a yearly expenditure.

My geek squad warranty is great for my products at a good price.

Does the Microsoft 365 imbed the Microsoft Bing application onto the computer? If so, I am very upset that the Bing search engine overrides my preferred search engine.

Seem to be having more issues. Pop up ads. Scanner is not working properly. On line now with Geek Squad.

I high price to pay every year to be able to use it. Microsoft seems to enjoy burying the familiar features users like to use with every upgrade...but why?

Necessary evil, cannot complain or rave nor would I recommend, this product just is. You either need/want it or you don't.

Best Buy doesn't attend to the little things regarding customer service. I ordered a laptop, gave them my updated contact info but have not received an email from Geek Squad in Hammond, LA. advising it has arrived. But strangely enough my computer email inbox is flooded with holiday sales garbage. I'm peeved enough to consider cancelling my order and returning some peripheral things that I purchased for the arrival of my laptop.

Microsoft 365 works fine. It's a revenue scam however to charge each year for this product! I am a dissatisfied customer!

Microsoft Office is really great for everyone, whether you are a student or an office worker. I may not use Excel or PowerPoint anymore, but Outlook and OneDrive are just the best. One Terabyte of storage space is plenty for me, to date I have only a quarter of it and that is with movies included. OneNote helps to remind me of last-minute details for vacations or shopping trips. Ever since Microsoft released the programs to Android and Apple, they have been getting regular updates and upgrades. Everything is seamless and if a hiccup is found, it is patched quickly. You can count on Microsoft to be there when you need them the most. I have been a happy customer for ten plus years.

too expensive for home use. Bill Gates has enough money, this product should be free with the computer

Nice, but i don't use all the apps. so, I don't feel I'm getting my money worth.Also I believe it's overpriced.

Too Expensive! Use to be included with a new Mac. Then a hefty price to purchase for your new Mac. NOW, a expensive YEARLY FEE!

Microsoft 365 is a great product. The problem we had this year is we received no reminder as usual of the autopay, which in itself wasn't a problem. Our problem, it was presented as a Ring charge and we don't have Ring so we disputed the charge and had to go through the whole fraud thing at pur bank, thinking someone had stolen our information, only to find when the amount was credited back, as a Best Buy Microsoft 365 charge. Had we seen that information in the beginning, we would never have questioned. Had we received a reminder, we would have been looking at that charge differently.

Generally not a fan of the concept of service. This should be a one time fee at purchase of device, not a continuous annual subscription.

The one complaint I would have would be that the person I dealt with we had issues with me not being able to understand what she was saying because it kept breaking up. I'm sure this is due to the fact that they are probably working from home and the Internet is not working properly she was very polite was able to help me and resolve the problem. I was questioningA charge on my Discover. But it had to do with the renewal of the Microsoft word and XL or workshop. My complaint would be that I was not pre-warned that it was being renewed.I did not purchase any merchandise so the questions below do not relate.

Considering Apple Mac next time as I’m tired of paying for this package when I’m only using Word.
