Didn’t like but I think I just needed some time to understand it.

Microsoft 365 has worked great for me. I renew every year. It has all the features I need to use for office and home use. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc are easy to use with great features available. I would recommend using this for any computer use. One feature I like in Word is read aloud. This feature is great when you listen to the document you typed. It allows you to listen and possibly find errors that may be in the document that spell check doesn’t find.

This is not necessary for home use. I used to love the old Windows version. Too complicated

We just purchased an OLED television and while it took two visits for us to completely make up our minds, associate, Matt made both visits very helpful to both my husband and myself. Matt explained the two television brand differences both the plus's and minus's. During the purchase process he helped us make what we feel are all the right choices. He is to be commended for his patience with the customers and wearing a mask all day long during this pandemic. Hooray for Best Buy for respecting the guideline recommendations. We are looking forward to having the television delivered, installed and using it.

This was way easier than I expected. Worked great!

As one who likes to think that some day I will write the GREAT AMERICAN NOVEL (yeah right) I find myself at times using the Microsoft 365 program to try in put something down on paper. It can get out of hand when just trying to do that but I find myself grateful when I use the program & tutorials with other information that is displayed to be invaluable. The instructions aid & add to the writing process even if they are only random scribbles on the page are very understandable, timely & succinct. Even if you are doing a paper for school or writing a letter, the Microsoft 365 program is a great product.

Good laptop. Could’ve been touchscreen for the price but still a good product.

I admit to know liking to paying too much money for this program year after year. But Microsoft has you over a barrel unless you can learn to use Google docs which I have never tried to do.. I like the convenience of having all the updates but some of the changes are un-necessary and hard to adjust to if you had at one time in the caveman days OWNED the program and learned all the features so you could really use it. Now it is a learning curve all the time. Not my idea of "easy." So too expensive but you get all the bells and whistles whether you need them or not. I don't know of a better program. Maybe Google doc.

This is very different from the MS I had on my old computer and I find it not as intuitive.

Helpful software subscription. Not a great free way to use Word anymore but renewal with this is convenient.

This is a reduced capability set of programs with the same name, but reduced functionality compared to business type programs by the same name.

I have been using Microsoft 365 since 2014. I can't imagine being without it. Love the ability to install on my Windows PCs, iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers. I am unsure who has the better eco system. MS or Mac. But as a new user to Apple PCs, I am unwilling to discontinue my use of my beloved Microsoft 365. I am so thrilled with the use of OneDrive that I store nothing locally. I have turned on several friends to the usefullness of this system. I love having the latest and greatest software at my fingertips.d

Honestly product is useful but isn't worth paying $75.

Got the job done. Just really expensive. But overall the Microsoft you know and love .

I have not had my computer long enough to know if it is performing as I would like, or not. So far, it has done what I have asked, but did have some difficulty putting in Turbo Tax codes for older programs that I needed. The user guide is very lacking - fortunately, I have had other laptops so know most features, but have not yet figured out exactly what the active pen will do for me - built in Alexa a good addition. Even though it is the latest version of I-7 with 32 GB Optane, I have not noticed an appreciable increase in speed over my previous laptop that was not an I-7 and did not have Optane.
