It was an automatic renewal I didn't want. No number to reach and cancel!

I would rate the product itself as 5-Stars, but why is it so expensive? With the advent of free Apps, why is this product as expensive as it is??

It is necessary, so I continue it. I wish I had received notification early on.

Too many changes in the user interface and operating system to learn and keep track of.

Thought this would be the perfect package having all young children in our house! Schools need kids to have access to computers now a days! This would have been peg except when the pandemic hit, schools closed which made this of no value for myself or my family. Then school opened with online schooling and all the schools gave kids their own tablets with the schools programs so again we didn’t need this package. Would definitely recommend for any family with school aged children or if your job requires using Microsoft for any reason!

Renewal of my annual Microsoft 365 subscription is easy with Best Buy. They send me an email notifying me of the upcoming automatic renewal and allow me time to either cancel the subscription if I no longer want it or confirm the payment method on file is still valid. Since I already have a login account with Best Buy, I can also log in proactively and check to see if there are any renewals coming up and check my payment card on file. Very easy to do business with Best Buy this way.

Microsoft office works great but not liking to pay an annual fee for it. Would like to pay one time cost of it and then be done with it.

I have been using Microsoft Office for years and now I have moved to Microsoft 365. I really love the fact that I get so much from the new subscription mode. One drawback for me is that my computer is 5 years old and is not compatible with all the features that I have access to. So - at some point I will need to get a new one. But all told, as a writer, I have been greatly blessed with the multitude of advanced features at my disposal. I am learning new things about Microsoft 365 everyday and I maintain my subscription through Best Buy.

It works ok for what I need. I only bought it for work because most of those documents use some Microsoft program.

No fault to Best Buy for my rating or for the actual product. I only give Microsoft Office 365 this low of a review because I don’t think I should have to pay for this yearly. I can’t go without it if I want to be able to do spreadsheets or write anything so I’m forced to pay every year for what I used to buy one time to have installed on my computer permanently. I think it’s a rip off.

I see no difference in this and before, It's expensive and not sure what for.

don't really use it that much. I think 365 should come with operating system MS 11.

Not my favorite as it changed my screens and where to locate things. Had to have a tech help me find where they were.

I had been a Microsoft Office user for years while working as a an analyst and marketing director. The suite of programs is second to none when it came to running complex analysis and projections. But I am now an independent small business operator and I find that the free Google Drive programs are good enough for the basics. I am able to do 80% of what I used to do for free. The 20% consisting of the more complex things I no longer have to do. So, why pay the annual fee? If your operations only include some vendor lists, invoicing and basic analysis the free Google apps make sense and allow you to get the job done.

I’m not sure what’s going on it hasn’t been a year, but Microsoft made me sign up to purchase again and this one doesn’t expire until August

I had to replace my last computer quickly as I was in the middle of a work deadline. I looked at this one initially but decided it was out of my price range. When I went back a week later to actually make the purchase, this one was on sale so I got it. I have not had an opportunity to test out all the features. So far, I have just been typing briefs. But I like that this one is smaller and lighter than my last one. I have had to get used to a slightly different spacing on the keyboard, but I think that is always the case with a new computer. The battery life seems to be good as well.

Microsoft 365 Word is an inferior product to even Word 2010 (a long time ago). It display of the document and the tracking do not fit on the screen, requiring the user to move the screen to the right unnecessarily and makes editing and correcting onerous.

I received a message on my MacBook Pro. That the software is no longer compatible with this software, I had to uninstall the software. Since then, This may have been fixed. I’m not sure. I may try to reinstall it to my computer. And see if I end up with the compatibility warning message again. This software needs to be compatible with Apple product. Because that’s what it is sold for. I am happy that I bought it. And I’m hoping it will work again soon.

Our microwave malfunctioned and I googled it for Lowes,, you guys came up and it was a price match,, I showed up at the wrong store for curbside pick up ( at Atascocita store ) and Marlon helped me he was great! I then drove down the road to the Humble store where a nice young man came to my truck and I told him I made a mistake and was 30 minutes late,, HE said are you here to pick up the Microwave ( he had been expecting me. I said yes and he checked my credentials and loaded it up ,, what a great experiance overall from the website to both stores

Microsoft 365 software is great software. I am still learning to use some of the software.
