Cost was high for one person use and cancelled after one year

Going on the second year of the subscription only because I forgot to cancel it before getting automatically billed. I Stopped using Microsoft 365 after a month because it was more then I needed when it came to features. I wanted something simple and this was Recommend to me. I later ended up buying “office home and student” which was perfect. The one positive that I liked about 365 was that I was able to work on my documents using both my computer or laptop by signing in to my profile. Sadly this one thing Couldn’t justify the cost.

A bit Pricey. i found Better Price on Groupon. $39 for Lifetime instead of $69 annually.

Not sure I need everything in 365 so may not have been good purchase for me

Microsoft 365 is worth the price and is a quality product but is not worth the price for the personal plan.

Product works well and no issues at all just can’t understand why I need to pay every year

I'm happy with Microsoft 365 but hate having to pay for it every year.

I feel somewhat forced to buy this product in order for my computer to function well. I'm not really that happy with it.

I like this package but have yet to figure out how to use most of it. Very hard to figure out. Help.

I don’t use all of the apps in this bundle so I do find it expensive.

Didn’t think I needed an Apple Watch! My sister kept telling me about hers. Then my son got one for Christmas! So my sister and son went together and got me a reconditioned one for my birthday. When it came, it had a crack & scratches. Sent it back for refund. In the meantime, my sister found a new one at Best Buy for the same price! So I bought it and waiting for my reimbursement from my son from the other company! I now Love my new watch and all of the things it can do!

I have used Microsoft and they are products for as long as I have been using computers. This is probably been since the year 1992. Although I prefer the way things used to be. I like buying a program and using it for years. I prefer owning the program. I do not like having to pay an annual fee for updates and the use of a program. I have an issue with Microsoft right now. It is a very small issue but I have been unable to reach Microsoft to discuss the issue. For this reason I am beginning to sour on Microsoft and I’m reconsidering whether or not I will update in the spring

I guess it is okay. I have nothing more to say. I dislike this type of review when forced to write something.

Like the rest of the people on the planet, I have A LOT going on right now! I did not mean to make this purchase...It was set up for auto pay & I did not have the bandwidth to put my life on pause, to evaluate the pros & cons of keeping this package or letting ot go...so as I refocused of the highest priorities in my life I forgot about it & unintentionally let the autopayment go through❣

It's pretty much essential for offline work in today's world, and I needed it for school as well. It does the job.

All good except for yearly subscription to software products. Not something that is pro customer.

Ok. Prefer software versus subscription model. Microsoft hijacks Zoom invites and opens with Teams or skype. Very frustrating.

Would not purchase this again, can get this somewhere else

I guess I need this to make my laptop run. Best Buy loaded it up and I didn't really have to do anything.

Not nearly intuitive as the previous stand alone versions.
