Good bad and the ugly
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy with the product but have a concern with BestBuy. I bought a custom care package from Best Buy at the end of 2019. I paid over $300 and was promised a lot of service plus after year 3 I would get a new WiFi system for my house. The following year you discontinued the product. I don’t believe you handled this in the right way for your customers. I think this was a pilot program that to discontinued. You should either deliver the promised package in year 3 or refund the money.

Reliable product as always.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use Microsoft products all the time at work, and when I was going to night classes I needed these products for my classwork submission. They have always been a great product and this is no exception. My only wish, is now that I don't use them often on my personal computer - maybe 2-3 times a year, this subscription becomes expensive. When I could just buy the product and use it until its end of life, it was ideal for people like me. Perhaps a "per use" subscription would be ideal for people like me?? (Microsoft - think about that!!)

EXTRAORDINARY Apple Pro Earpods!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound my new Apple Pro Earpods produce is unlike ANYTHING I've ever heard before! It is almost BETTER than being in an acoustically great hall. My only (small) issue is that sometimes one of the pods can fall out of my ear. You absolutely cannot try to adjust them because if you do and you are speaking to someone, the wireless connection will be interrupted. Having said that, I still highly recommend them. They ARE pricey ($250) but listening to The Beatles last night as I washed my car and danced made them worth it at twice the price!

Works flawlessly without issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For years I would purchase a specific Microsoft product and use it until it was basically obsolete. Three months after I starting using the product, Microsoft would make software changes and my product was no longer state of the art. For this reason, I was thrilled when they came out with Office 365. You pay a yearly change and you always have the most current software to use. It is superior to any other office program that I have seen, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

365 Home use
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MS 365 seems to be just another way the company can prevent unauthorized use of the programs, and sets up a continuous funding stream for the company. I preferred the standalone products and though the "cloud" is popular, prefer to store my own data. I just don't trust that my data is secure while on somebody else's servers. That being said, I use a small number of the products available through 365 to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher that all work well for what I need.

Does the job, I guess
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not entirely sure why this continues to renew. I can't say whether it's a useful purchase or not

Great to have Microsoft 365
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having Microsoft 365 is a necessity if you are doing any type of office work from home or just for personal use. I use Word most of the time for home projects such as making labels, calendar pages etc. I have in the past not subscribed and feel lost with out being able to have full access to Word. I have been "self" teaching myself Excel. I have made spread sheets for our vacation itineraries. I like the tutorials and extra content that come with the subscription. I would recommend this product.

Microsoft 365 gives me dependable performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft 365 has always given me the best performance to accomplish my needed tasks without fail. The app is easily navigational and options are dependable. In addition, Best Buy has always been the best hands on service provider for my PC. The Geek Squad staff have always been personable and strive to give the best PC advise to insure optimum performance is achieved no matter what the task. As long as I have the availability of personal service and update advice at my disposal. Best Buy will continue to be my service provider.

365 ways to stay personal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are many areas I like Microsoft, this is one of them. Many parts of Microsoft are incomplete. Microsoft does not connect all the parts, as an example when you use their search engine there are many of the words from the English language missing as connections. Type in a word and the computer is stumped as to what in the world could you possibly need that relates to THAT word. Current problem using the templates for labels that wants to print in landscape and not portrait even with all the button pushed for landscape.

Best Buy is awesome - Microsoft, not so much.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love Best Buy for all my electronic purchases (and more) and they were great at explaining and getting me set up with the MS product. (Microsoft, however would get a one star rating if I were reviewing them. I absolutely hate their money grabbing subscription program that has replaced outright purchase of software to load onto your equipment. If I were working in any other industry where whatever word processing program I chose was okay, I'd never purchase another MS product again.
