I bought this tv for the bedroom and fits perfectly. The built-in Roku is great but can be glitchy sometimes. It’s hard to tell if it’s my internet connection or the OS itself. Picture quality is good for 1080p and it’s an overall upgrade to what we had before.

I caught the set at a great price and especially for a Smart TV for this size. I haven't had any problems, it works perfectly fine, and it comes from a really decent brand. Picture quality is great! Would definitely recommend.

Bought to replace a TV in a custom made dresser. It was difficult to find an exact fit- was ultimately going to downgrade in size! However this 39 inch TV was perfect size and great replacement option. Width dimensions listed on Best Buy Web site are incorrect. TV width is exactly 34 3/4 inches. Best thing I did was take actual measurements at the store. TV functionality was a bit slow to react. When powering up TV, your forced to a main menu to chose what you want to see. Would be nice to start at the last used input. This was not too much of concern since TV could "sense" any input connected to it. I have blue ray and cable box into the HDMI inputs. When either is turned off, TV senses this and goes into "sleep" mode until box is turned on again. Very easy to setup and pretty decent picture out of the box. Overall good TV as a replacement, excellent TV for those who have Internet pay apps.- Netflix, Roku, YouTube etc.

This is a great tv for the money. It works great and has a great picture. Only two things I think need sone work.... volume could be louder and not sure why but for some reason when watching Netflix the tv decides to reset itself and returns the the home screen.

This is a great mid size television; particularly for the price. I've read some of the other reviews not being happy with the remote and such but it works fine for me. Good clarity and color, easy to operate, roku enabled. A great tv for the price.

Came quickly, easy to mount on my current wall unit. Sound is great, perfect for my area where Spectrum is making us buy boxes to watch TV's. The Roku piece of this allows us free access to the spectrum app. Haaa.. we showed you Spectrum!!!

Bought this tv for the streaming capabilities. Mounted it outside underneath an awning and looks good outside with the picture settings set to brightest setting. Roku is good and no lag on streaming. Mostly stream MLB At Bat app for baseball games.

Happy overall with this TV. Setup was easy and I had it out of the box and setup complete in 5 minutes. Impressive picture at this price point. Once in a while it will freeze up and reboot. Having a remote with voice search would be a big improvement.

This 40 inch smart TV requires a wi-fi connection for best results. It has a built in Roku application that allows the user to get to lots of other apps (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, the TWC App, etc.). The picture quality is excellent, full 1080p.

This tv is amazing for the price, it has a roku built in so it is fast and more has more apps available then a lot of the smart TVs out there. The only drawback is the remote but if u have ever used a roku then it won’t be that bad.

I love this TV. I took it out of the box and was watching it in about 20 minutes. I also downloaded the app and can control the remote from my phone. The color and sound are fantastic. I highly recommend this tv to anyone. Great deal!

I have 3. Kitchen, den, office. Larger sizes in bedrooms. Insignia Roku is awesome, great picture, seamless setup, oh and add an Insignia sound bar, or Roku Bluetooth speakers you'll be thrilled. Love Insignia brand.

I purchased this tv for my mother and its a great tv for someone who doesnt mind the refresh rate. Its smart so she loves the apps on the tv. Sound quality and image quality are decent from my point of view so i would reallly recommend this tv for a tv room.

My 4 stars is based on what you get for the price. I paid $220. My Samsung 40 inch TV, which I paid $340 for, has a noticeably better picture. I bought the Insignia TV for my bedroom where I dont watch a lot of TV. I would not use the Insignia TV in a room where I watched a lot of TV. One thing I did not consider was the 39 inch TV versus a 40 inch TV. I did not think an inch in screen size could make a big difference but it does. My 11 year old daughter commented on how much smaller the new TV looked versus the 40 inch Samsung smart TV. The Insignia is cheaper in some ways because of the smaller screen size so you have to be careful if you compare the 39 inch TV to a 40 inch TV on price. Still, the Insignia is a good value and Roku has much better apps than my Samsung. So, all in all, for a bedroom TV, for example, where you are watching a little bit of TV, this is a good value.

This is our 3rd Insignia ROKU TV and we love all 3. Great picture and sound and very user friendly. Once you go smart you wonder how you ever got by without it. Streaming, video or just plain cable, it's all good with this set!

My wife was hoping for a new TV for Christmas to be used in the bedroom. This was the perfect gift. The smart TV with the WIFI, ROKU, and NETFLIX provides a ton of viewing options beyond cable. Easy set up and great picture and sound quality!

We bought this TV for our bedriom and we love it. The picture is beautiful: Crisp images and the colors are vibrant. It’s so nice to have Roku ready to be able to stream Netflix or Amazon Prime, etc. It was also very easy to set up.

I needed a basic tv to replace an older analog tv and this fits the bill. The picture is good, and the built in roku is very easy to use. I don't need any fancy bells and whistles on a tv for the location it's in and am pleased so far with this unit.

I had my MIL coming to town and needed a tv in the guest room quick. I run Roku's in every room of the house, so that feature was very important. Long story short, setup was quick and easy and apparently easy enough for the MIL to figure out.

Bought this TV for my bedroom after an old tube TV finally broke. I loved this little TV so much, I bought a second one for my daughter's bedroom! Nice colors, and easy to set up! Cant beat it for the price!
