I did get the advertised 20-25 minutes out of he battery. Which is surprising because it's a lot heavier than you would think. I do recommend at least one extra battery.

I recommend buying acres simply for flight time. if you plan on using smart shots expect to use 1 battery to set up the shot and then the others for capture.

Solo flies for up to 20 minutes on a single battery charge. It is always a good idea to have more than one when in the field, especially at the price I paid.

They are getting hard to find, but when you can, you better pick one up. The battery is built well and gives you about 20 minutes of flight time. I have 7.

I purchased 6 of these amazing Batteries when they went on sale. The charge in about 45 mins and I get about 23 mins of flight time. Great all around kit.

Can't go wrong with extra batteries. Each battery give you about 25 minutes of flight time and having extra batteries on hand increases your flight time.

The solo is my first drone, after my first flight is bought 5 batteries for about 2 hours of uninterrupted play. I recommend stocking up on batteries

Nice smart battery that slowly discharges down to 50% when not in use. This is exactly what it is designed to do, to maintain proper battery health.

I have 6 of these batteries for my 3DR Solo. They work great and give 18-20 minutes flight time with my gopro. Must have if your a 3dr solo owner.

Solo is a great quadcopter, I have 2, one of their best features is the sturdy, easy to insert and remove battery with condition indicator LEDs.

If you have a drone you absolutely need another battery. Love that these will automatically return to home when low on battery.

This is the real deal - the heart of the 3DR Solo drone. Without it, well, you're not flying anywhere. So, if you can still find them in any Best Buy stores you'd do well to pick up as many as you can. Even if there's only a straggler battery still on the rack you should snap it up since 3DR is no longer supporting consumer drones. The Solo is a fantastic drone, and still maintains some of the best technology on the market. Since batteries go bad after successive charges you can never have too many. Get them while you still can.

Pick up an extra battery if you would like to fly your drone longer, this one is a good value and has been offered a numerous times on sale.

Purchased my Solo drone on clearance and picked up quite a few of these extra batteries when they went on clearance as well. I'm loving my 3DR Solo, I just with we could still buy accessories in store!

Bought one battery and have few come with solo kit and wist can buy few more but Bestbuy run out, will buy more if it available
