Great service, good choice for an amplifier for my car. I followed the tech advice and I am happy with the results.

The installation of my new amp went well. I was done quickly and everything seems to be working fine when I crank up the volume.

The installer suggested where to install the woofer and it worked out great giving us better sound as well as saving us some space. Very happy with the installer.

I had an amplifier installed at a different location and I was not happy with it. The tech here reinstalled it under the seat tucked away where it won’t get In the way.

Tech at Best Buy did a Great job installing this amp to power my new JBL speakers. The way he set up was great to upgrade the sound in my 18 4Runner from factory to awesome.

After getting the run around at the Champaign location about my amp install. I had a call from Jason who apologized and stated that they would refund my money and do the install for no charge because of the times they had to reschedule my install. I came in the day it was rescheduled to find out either the tech didn't want to do it didn't have the knowledge to do it or what. Being told by that same tech that his last day was a couple of days after my appointment. He rescheduled my install again. A few days after i left my appointment that they did nothing i get a call from the store maanger and he told me that they didn't have any techs and there was no eta on when their would be techs. After explaining to him my displeasure and what i was told by Jason being that they would refund my money and do the install for free. He had to talk to someone about reimbursing my money and then tells me that i would have to go to the Bloomington store to have my install done in another month. I go to Bloomington to have my install done and nobody that this was my 4th attempt to get my amp installed. I found out that they closed the install bays and that is why I had to drive an hour away to the Normal location. I was told I would have to pay for the service. After a half an hour of him talking to his boss they finally said ok we are going to do the install as a customer satisfaction. It only took 2 and a half hours which is good but my front speakers which worked before do not put much volume out like they should since they are getting 75w each supposedly. I was told that there must be a problem with my speakers or the installation. It really sucks that there is nobody local that does Car Audio installation because i would like other work done but do not trust them BB to do a quality job. They used to be descent but now i know why they closed the majority of their car installation service bays.

Installer Jeff very knowledgeable and conscientious and polite, took time to listen and make suggestions. 4 channel amp. Best buy little pricey though! I will go back in future.
