I LOVE the Total Tech program and used it many times for different services. This case was not ideal. We showed up for the amp installation just before our 9am appointment. Store is all shut up right, the installation area the same. Apparently the employee overslept - didn’t arrive until 9:45am. No apologies for the 45 min wait after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment. Then they didn’t hook the front fade up correctly so it won’t work as well as phone features now. Now we have to go back but can’t reach anyone to figure out how to do it. Bummer of an experience this time.
