By far the worst CS experience I’ve ever received at a place of Employment. I paid online and waited a week to come get my audio system installed on my brand new Ram2023, not only did the tech not know what he was doing but was offering me to purchase additional unnecessary equipment to refuse my service. After I took my business to another electronic store that didn’t refuse my service, that I happily paid an extra $100, to get it done same day as it’s only day off and the scheduled. I couldn’t get anyone savvy enough on the phone from either Customer service or Geek Squad to refund my money. So I had to spend even more time going to throught to launch a dispute. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. Not only was my appointment at 10 I literally saw them move in a car that look cheaper ahead of mine. Very unprofessional and I’ll never go back to Best Buy for these types of services again. Please do yourselves the favor and stop even offering them

I went to the Best Buy located in Federal Way, WA to purchase a 4 channel amp for a future scheduled car audio install that I had scheduled to have Geek Squad install. At the Federal Way, WA. Best Buy I had a few questions concerning the install so I asked a Best Buy associate if there was anyone that can help me in car audio. So we went over to the car audio and I could hear the Best Buy associate speaking to one of the car audio installers. The associate in car audio told the other associate that he didn’t have time to answer any questions. Both associates then blew me off and I ended up not getting any help because the associate that originally helped me said he would try to find someone else and walked away. He never got back to me because I saw him helping other customers. I went over to customer service to see if I could get any help and was told to go to the front of the store and a manager will meet me there. I went to the front of the store and waited for awhile and no manager came. If Best Buy is wondering why they are struggling with sales it’s because their associates and the kind of service they are not providing. This experience is not good and I have two scheduled services that I have with Best Buy (car amplifier and dash camera installations) that are scheduled weeks out and considering about not having Best Buy do the installation. Deciding if purchasing the Total Tech Support membership is worth purchasing if I can’t get anyone to help answer my car audio install when Best Buy advertises that their Total Tech Support is there to help answer any questions if you are a paid member.

I already had my amp mounted and power was running to it before I arrived at Best Buy. I needed signal from the head unit run to the amp. I only needed the front pair of leads. Since my amp was a 4 Channel amp, I was charged more, even tho I only needed 2 channels. I wanted to run 12 gauge that I provided from the amp to the speakers. The tech wouldn’t do that and stated that it would be an additional $50 or $100. Bottom line is that the tech had already decided how HE would like to install My system. If I wanted something changed or adressed, he had an answer of why he couldn’t or wouldn’t. Not a happy customer.
