    The actual install was completed but the adjustments were lacking. Spent a fair amount of time doing it myself later.

    You can't talk to anyone who's actually going to do the installation at the time when you purchase and there was a literal month wait for the service to be provided / installed... No thank you.. Who wants service a month from purchase? And who pays in advance for auto installs? Nope!

    My sound kept having issues going in and out and at times speakers wouldnt work then had it looked at again and the problem continued so cant say i was happy with the srvice and then i went to audio express and they hooked it up perfect. Lack of experience i guess from geeks

    Geek squad sucks.. they refused to intall my car system for no good reason..pure lazyness .. when the the iantalation was paid prior to appointment..

    Car smelled like smoke when I got it back. Loose screw and misc tools left in floorboard. Very disappointing from a national chain that should have much higher standards.

    This product is crap! It was installed in an inaccessible location. I believe it was set to high pass because I have zero bass in my sound. My stock stereo system was way better. Not happy at all with installation, I wish I had not purchased.

    These guys were very rude. No customer service skills at all. Within 2 day i had to bring my car back because the bass quit working. Said i had to make anoyher appointment that was another3 weeks out! Al I paid for a full year but will not be using it or thes facility anymore

    Installation, performed in Whitehall PA, was horrible. Was not even hooked up properly, and installer literally refused to fix the issue.

    3 trips to install an amp at a Best Buy 40 miles away because my local store could not employ an installer. Tech struggled the entire way through and ended up going to a rival stereo shop to ask how to complete the install correctly. Absolute joke.

    Well, I love my amp cocked, hole cut in my carpet, seat not being bolted back down and battery cables loose, all smiles here. What can i say hard to argue with professionals and kick panels broken.

    Did absolutely no work on my vehicle and claim that they did, but couldn't everything was in it's original packaging without it being even opened.

    i do not think that the settings are right i can not turn my radio up half way without my door speakers popping there is no reason this should be happening unless it was done wrong

    Lack of customer service! I ended up paying a local place to reinstall... bestbuy cost me more money in the long run. Sold me products that didn't accommodate my needs..

    I had an excellent overall experience at Best Buy in Canton, Georgia. This was my first time having someone else install a stereo for me. I've always done them myself but my newer car was just way too hard to work on. From beginning up to the very end the service was top notch. The man I worked with originally was Bert. He was super polite and understood my troubles when I explained to him why my car was in pieces after I had tried my hardest to install the equipment myself. He asked all the right questions and I absolutely felt like I was in good hands. 2 days later the amplifier and headunit were installed. (They had filled up all of their time slots so I was in a queue.) The man who installed my equipment was Michael Brosinski. He did an excellent job with the equipment I had and the install was so clean I would eat off of it. There were a few small additional fees for parts that he MADE HIMSELF to finish the job. I was thoroughly impressed. Now I had a headunit, a 5 channel amplifier, and subwoofer installed. When we got in the car to test I had to admit it sounded better than the factory headunit but could tell that the sound wasn't dialed in. Michael told me he set the gains but something wasn't right. When I turned the stereo up to 15/35 I was being blasted out. This was equipment I had used in a previous car so I knew this wasn't normal. I drove home with the stereo at low volume most of the way. Now I hate working on cars and could never do as good of a job as Mr. Brosinski but I do have experience with sound tuning and digital sound processors and equipment like that so I broke out some of my test equipment and tested the gains and sure enough they were jacked WAY too far up. I set the gains up properly and did some sound tuning and the system sounds 100x better than what I heard when I left best buy. Michael's work was excellent and I absolutely still recommend him to anyone wanting an installation of amplifiers, headunits, or subwoofers. I would also recommend, however, that after installation, if it sounds unreasonably loud at low headunit volumes to check your amplifier gains and turn them down to the point you can use your headunit's full range without hearing or equipment damage. Just to re-affirm, these guys in Canton provided excellent service and did amazing work and I'll say it again, I recommend them fully. Just do your own sound tuning after the fact.

    I have a brand new Pioneer Dmh-130 bt ,I want to install on my 2011 Acura MDX with steering wheel controls, how much did you guys charge to install, also want to buy and install an amplifier
