I I would recommend getting this feature so that you can have anything done that you need done to your car house or home it's an excellent option to worth the money

I had a 4-channel amp installed in my '95 Nissan Pickup to replace one that was 15 years old. I used my Total Tech Support Membership and it cost me ZERO dollars! The installers in Kennesaw, GA did a great job, and were right on schedule with the installation!

Great installation from techs with lots of experience.

Paid to install two speakers and a subwoofer. First day, spent 5 hours before they said they couldn't get to me. Came back four days later. The installers fought me every step of the way to use the car's 20 year old wiring despite me paying for an amp kit. Spent 9 hours to find out they wired the factory 2 ohm 10 watt per channel amp midbass only channel to 4ohm 100 watt per channel component speakers. Instead of wiring it to the 100 watt per channel amp i had purchased. Drivers side door and trunk would not shut. Floor manager was upset that i was there for 9 hours and more upset at the quality of work done. He stated that he will call the manager and explain what happened and took down my number.to his word, he called the district manager and explained. We agreed that i would return and they would fix the error the next Saturday. By Thursday the next week, i had still not heard from the manager. I went to best buy and was told they would have him call me back. Not a word. At that point , i took apart the door to see what had been done. They had frayed wiring by the crossovers leading to wires touching. Before the next appointment, i painstakingly explained how to wire a component set. Even drew a diagram. They seemed to not get it and to not want to get it. I explained that the only reason i had paid for the install was that i did not have a multimeter to measure gains, to prevent clipping, and also i did not want alternator whine. They looked at me and said, they dont use multimeters. They play it by ear. I explained if you can hear clipping, its too late. Speakers might be blow,i used the analogy of not using engine gauges to check for overheating but saying that, " i know my engine is overheating when i see smoke from the hood." The floor manager from earlier, checked in on me and both him and another manager called the store manager again. No response. When the install was complete, there was alternator whine, and the head unit was not fully flush, it was hanging on the dash. Showed the manager who stated he would refund me, even though i did not ask for one. He also said the store manager would call me, by day 17, i still had no word from the store manager, nor a refund. I called the store and was routed to a corporate call center. Only after that call did i get a call back from the geek squad auto manager who refunded me, on day 19. It is scary to think that other cars are driving around with such install jobs, or maybe its just my car. As of now , the speakers shut down randomly. Cannot play a whole song. It looks like wires were ran across the whole car but in reality, they were just spliced under the carpet and the new wire bundled up.

Paid to have this installed worth every penny. Jeremy the install tech at the Marlboro Best Buy is absolutely great. No hard sell to purchase something I did not need. He's incredibly knowledgeable very clean does great work. He is a great asset to Best Buy, keep hiring tech's like Jeremy, he's the best.

Geek squad installed my amp, and helped troubleshoot some issues stemming from work I’d had done through another local business. Geek squad completely salvaged my truck’s stereo, it sounds better than ever. I could not be happier with the work that was done.

These guys rocked the job! My install had been previously attempted by a small local shop who completely botched the job. Geek squad folks made the amp install super clean and professional.

When I brought my truck in to have the amp installed I wasn’t sure where to place it without being in my way. The installer showed me a few different areas and we decided on an area that I didn’t even consider but now I see it was a perfect spot!

They did the job prob could of bought better sounding speakers (focals). I dont hear that good of sound coming from these speakers.

The agents were great and handled everything very professionally. The only issue I have is that the install still cost me even though it's supposed to be free with total tech.

The geek squad never ceases to amaze me. The do such a high quality install. If you will be installing several items or components I would definitely recommend the total tech support package. It will save you a lot of money.

I have had the team at Best Buy install car audio products for me in the past but this time around I was especially impressed. The installers mounted my amp in a way that others can't see it. If you didn't know where to look you wouldn't know it was there. Excellent mounting job.

They did a wonderful tight installation. If i had one complaint it would be that they installed the amp in a location where there is no way to adjust the controls without a mirror, a flashlight, and a small screwdriver....macgyver style.

The installer made a clean wiring installation and mounted accordingly.

The technician was very knowledgeable and proficient with the amplifier install job. There were no scratch marks on my vehicle's interior and all of the wiring is hidden from view. I haven't had any issues with the installation process and my stereo sounds great!

John and team did an excellent job on the installation and customer service was great.

Paul did a great job installing my 4 channel amp and door speakers, great service and timing as well.
